Leave the bags at the front door, grab your suit and plunge into the warm depths of Castle Rock Lake just steps away. After a refreshing dip, stick a few logs in the outdoor sauna, have a beverage and melt away in the sauna.
The kids will climb the steps to their personal hideaway and dream of castles and kings in the treehouse. Put the steaks on the grill and enjoy the panoramic sunset from the cobblestone patio. After dinner, nestle in around the campfire, tell ghost stories to your guests, roast marahmallows and enjoy the sun as it gently falls from into the lake.
As you saunter off to sleep in the king size bed, listen to the symphony of the northwoods.

Why the Owner Chose Castle Rock Lake
We have vacationed at Castle Rock for over 40 years. My family summer, family vacations was enjoying the various campgrounds surrounding Castle Rock. The many days spent swimming, boating, biking, fishing and hiking are memories cherished by me. As I married and had children of my own, I wanted them to experience similar experience. Kids should know the freedoms the outdoors offer.
The Unique Benefits at this Cottage
An adult become a child while vacationing at Castle Rock. The simple enjoyment of sitting around a crackling, outdoor fire or swimming off shore from your home brings out the peacefulness that we all should feel. Our home is situated on the east side of Castle Rock. The sunsets are panoramic. Kids and adults alike enjoy cascading off of the pier into the warm and sand bottomed waters of Castle Rock Lake. We have a competitive foosball table for evening or rainy day enjoyment. The smell of the cedar walls and northwoods decor make you feel like Jeremiah Johnson. It is quite often that you will see deer grazing from the living room. Send the kids out back to enjoy the 10' high treehouse while you cook the steaks on our cobblestone patio. After the go to rest in the loft, enjoy a quick sauna in our wood burning sauna.

Great salad bar in a supper club environment. During days have an outdoor tiki bar with occassional live entertainment.
Enjoy a casual walk to get a delicious ice cream cone or purchase items left behind.
