Drop your bags and hit the beach! This ocean front with DIRECT OCEAN FULL PANORAMIC VIEW 5th floor unit has it all! The fully equipped kitchen has new appliances including a flat cook top stove, microwave, refrigerator with icemaker and dishwasher. It is a large 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with new carpet, tile and paint! The livingroom has a queen size convertable sofa, LCD flat screen TV and DVD player with sliding glass doors to the balcony. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet, vanity and dressing area with large sunny windows. The second bedroom has two twin beds, TV and a portable crib. The laundry room has a new washer and dryer (so pack lightly)!
We provide EVERYTHING you could possible need for the beach including umbrellas, towels, cooler, toys and beach chairs, all in good condition. Tennis rackets also provided to play on the onsite court.
Cocoa Beach is the closest beach to the Orlando area and has so much to offer. This condo allows you to stay on the beach and enjoy the pool while being one hour from Disney and other Orlando attractions. Port Canaveral, Ron Jon Surf Shop, downtown Cocoa Village, the Brevard County Zoo, casino cruises, the Kennedy Space Center, miniature golf, kayaking, the Cocoa Beach Pier, fishing, golfing are a few of the nearby attractions.

Why the Owner Chose Sandcastles
After vacationing for over 20 years in Florida, we bought this condo at Sandcastles in Cocoa Beach. It is the closest beach to the Orlando area and has so much to offer. This condo allows you to stay beachfront and enjoy the pool while only being about an hour from Disney and other attractions at Orlando. It is also by Port Canaveral, Ron Jon Surf Shop,downtown Cocoa Village, The Brevard County Zoo, casions cruises, the Kennedy Space Center and many other attractions. You will fall in love with this town and this condo like we did!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
This property has some unique benefits including the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen and a brand new washer and dryer in the unit( so pack lightly). It also has a new pack and play (portable crib) if you are travelling with small children like we do! We also provide tennis rackets and balls to play on a private court located on the condo grounds. In addition, we provide EVERYTHING you may need to use the beach including a cooler, chairs, umbrella, towels, toys & floats. Just show up and settle in!

Our family recently stayed at this condo (July 28- August 4, 2011) and we we loved it! It exceeded our expectations. It was prefect--very clean, the size worked for our family and the view was amazing!!! I would highly recommended this condo. Thanks for everything!!!
