It is incredibly central to the wonderful "Old" Encinitas Downtown. The town is laid back and freshly renovated while still preserving its original appeal. In addition to this it is a short walk (4 Blocks) to bus and train which makes it convenient to get anywhere in San Diego without sacrificing the fun beach town feel.

My husband and I just returned from our week long stay in Encinitas and had a wonderful time. The home was beautiful and just as it is pictured and described in the listing. We slept well, were comfortable, loved the little extra luxuries and the location was perfect. The kitchen and laundry are great for a week long stay. We really felt at home. The owner was helpful with everything including our late arrival because of flight delays. We would absolutely recommend this vacation rental to friends and cannot wait to return ourselves!

My new husband and I just spent 4 days here. What a beautiful location! The condo is very lovely and perfect for a couple. More than enough space for two, full kitchen and bathroom, clean, bright and airy--and we never got the feeling that any noise might bother the home owners because the condo is located above the garage, as well as having it's own entrance code and seperate stairway. The owner Janice was very warm and friendly, and made us feel very comfortable. We had plans to explore Encinitas, and the condo is literally within walking distance to the historic 101 highway that had so much to do, and places to eat and shop-- as well as Moonlight Beach, that was just a short walk away. We absolutely loved staying here, and we look forward to coming back to Encinitas and knowing exactly where we want to stay!

The location of this apartment couldn't be better; it's right on the cliff overlooking the ocean and beautiful beach. Although it's in a nice quiet residential neighborhood, it's conveniently close to the wonderful commercial area with lots of restaurants. It was clean, roomy and well equipped. the owners are really nice and helpful, too.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My husband and I stayed at Janince's adorable studio for Labor Day weekend. The studio was the perfect size for the two of us and close to everything in Encinitas! We were able to walk to downtown in minutes and enjoy the best of that this cute beach town has to offer. The ocean breeze kept the room at a perfect temp day and night. We loved it and have recommended the studio to friends who were jealous of our great find!

My husband and I relaxed and enjoyed ourselves at Janince's lovely home. The studio was the perfect size for the two of us. It had all the amenities (kitchen, washer/dryer). Her home is very secure with a number code to get in front door. The studio sits above her garage with spectacular views and windows all around for the cool ocean breeze to come in. She provided beach chairs and umbrella so no need to bring them. Her home sits right on the ocean bluff with just a few blocks down to the beach. The home is located close to everything...shops, restaurants, bars. We cannot wait to go back again. We are from Arizona and try to escape the summer heat by going twice a year. Hopefully after I tell my family and friends about this place there will be a vacancy for us to stay again.
