Thank you for sharing your wonderful cottage in the cool, green clime off Maine. I was very impressed with the decor. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the cool of Maine while our home bound friends suffered through 60 plus days in a row exceeding 100 degrees with no rain. We even enjoyed the times we were rained on during our stay. You have certainly equipped your home with everything we needed.

Great value and location. We explored the Mid-Coast Area on our trip and found Boothbay Harbor to be our favorite. Easy walk to the harbor with GREAT seafood. Try the lobster and scallops at Kahlers! We have stayed at many VRBO rentals, this cottage is by far the best value when considering location and amneties. Maine is beautiful and when we get back to the area, we will rent this place again! Thank You for sharing your cottage!

Our 2 week stay was so enjoyable....the cottage was spic n span clean and our contact with the caretaker upon moving in was most informative and helpful. (they even helped us move our bags upstairs to the lovely bright bedroom! )Thanks so much....we liked BoothBay and the surrounding area. We enjoyed services at BoothBay Baptist and had some excellent meals locally. yes, we would recommend the cottage and the area to anyone wanting to travel to Maine.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Lupine Cottage. It was adorable and just the right size for two. The upstairs bedroom with large open windows made us feel we were sleeping in our very own tree house! Also the owner Al was quite helpful with my ? on e-mail etc. The cottage was clean, well equipped and very close to town. We definitely would like to stay here again.

The Lupine Cottage has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Maine. It is located within easy walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in town, yet secluded on a quiet street. I particularly liked sitting on the deck with a cold one & BBQing the Striper I caught that day. Did I mention it was spotlessly clean!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Lupine Cottage. We found it to be quite spacious for two people. We especially enjoyed the porch for breakfast in the morning and cocktails in the evening. The cottage is close to town, but yet private in a wooded setting. We hope to come back next year.

I had a fabulous time in Boothbay Harbor! The cottage is cozy and quiet and I loved being able to walk into town whenever I wanted. I particulary loved relaxing with a cup of tea on the porch - even in the rain! I would recommend staying at the "Lupine Cottage" to everyone.

My girlfriend and I stayed at the adorable Lupine Cottage July 9 - 14, 2009. We especially enjoyed the porch in the morning with our tea, and cocktails at night in the VERY comfortable Adirondack chairs. The footpath to town was next door, for easy access to the footbridge, taking you over to the charming boutique shoppes. We will definitely stay next year! We loved it! Judy and Peg

My husband and I stayed at this charming cottage for 6 days in early July 2009. It is a lovely spot on a hill above the harbor, and in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. The cottage is warm and cozy with all the necessary items you would need for a stay of any length. Even though the weather was cold and foggy, the cottage was warm and inviting. The covered deck and Adirondack chairs (not shown in the photos) are a wonderful place for coffee or cocktails. The upstairs bedroom is large and comfortable, with big windows overlooking the hillside below. A convenient path to the footbridge is steps away and makes a quick walk for those forays into the charming village for dinner or ice cream. We had a wonderful time at Lupine Cottage. It was comfortable, very clean and up to date without losing the country charm.

mY DAUGHTER AND i STAYED HERE FOR 2 DAYS jULY 6-7th 2009 and it is very adorable, inexpensive and very close to town. It was quiet and relaxing with everything you need for a comfortable stay. A great view could be had if one tree were cut for summer but great view in spring, winter and fall of the harbor.
Owner response:We will look into eliminating some of the branches from that tree. Thank you.

My girlfriend & I stayed at this precious cottage in September 2008. It's located in a perfect location within walking distance to all the Boothbay Harbor activities and restaurants. Comfortable & clean, especially enjoyed coffee in the mornings overlooking the Harbor and cocktails in the afternoon. Walk to get your lobster's for dinner. Can't wait to go back!
