Living room seats 5 comfortable while tasting wine or listening to jazz as the wood burning fireplace sets the mood. Or watch your favorite Major league baseball team on MLB package in HD! 35 movie channels as well.
Master bedroom, called the African Room, has a double bed and sofa that could act as a bed for a small child. It is not a sofa/sleeper. 2nd BR can be an office or BR with a single bed(you advise).
Full eat-in-kitchen has large dining room table that seats 4. All cooking utensils on site. Patio is perfect for relaxing.
I spilt my time between Big Bear Lake and Long Beach. The owner and her son live in the rear unit. Bathroom has tub and shower. All new hardwood floors throughout. Windows all open for breeze or shut with full curtains for privacy.
You are close to all attractions, yet the area is very quiet. New sofa and leather reclining chair are now in living room and not seen in these pictures.
Unit is for small family, or two unrelated adults.
