We stayed in this comfortable unit for several weeks. The area has many unique restaurants, some within walking distance. The freeway access is easy. And the beds were comfortable, as well. We plan to be back thanks to the friendly owner.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

My husband and I have been driving down to the LA/Long Beach area for the last 15+ years. We've stay at many hotels, with friends and started staying at vacation rental the last 4 years. I really have to say this was the perfect place for us. I'm a but if a clean freak and this place was Impeccably clean. For the 10 days we stay, it had everything we needed including laundry and parking. We didn't get a chance to use the jet tub but we will on our next stay. When we get home after being out since 5:00 a.m. the place is quite and peaceful. We will definitely reserve our next stay here. Bella, thank you very much for allowing us to stay at your place, we loved it.

Everything was great ~ from the location, maintenance & cleanliness of the unit, to the helpful & friendly attention of the owner. We spent 4 months here and felt very much at home. Great location for the South Bay area. Lots of activities are within 30-40 minutes drive. We would highly recommend renting this unit.

I had a great 4 month stay at this property. The WiFI is Verizon Fios, the cable is DirecTV premium package, I was allowed to use the landline phone for free unlimited within the USA and the place is very peaceful. This is highly recommended for a place to stay to do your work and relax during the weekend!

I recently had the ocassion to stay at this very nice duplex in the quiet area of Bixby Knolls. The unit is actually better than advertised and the owner very pleasant to deal with during the stay.

EVERTHING JUST PERFECT! My husband, our teenage daughter, our 3.5 month old baby and me stayed for four nights and really enjoyed it. It was the last stop of our long summer trip and we were looking for a quite and peacful place to explore L.A.. The apartment is close to the freeway and so very easy to visit the beaches, Hollywood etc. The apartment is very well equiped (esp. kitchen) and everything is really new and very clean. We loved the massage chair and the jaccuzi :-). We would definetly come back and stay longer.

GREAT OWNER, Great Amenities, Very Quiet Friendly Neighborhood. Good Place to stay if you're looking for a private Comfortable and safe Home for yourself and your family. Unit is VERY CLEAN and Bright. i would recommend this to only responsible and mature people as the the property itself is represented in that form.

My husband and I were looking for a home away from home vacation place where we could go around California Beaches and L.A., and we were so lucky to have found this place because it was very peaceful and very close to the freeway. I actually enjoyed our one month stay "almost like our 2nd honeymoon" since everything was complete! It is fully furnished and (I think) we were so lucky to be the first ones to use the amenities. The owner was very friendly and she made sure that the place is clean and brand new! She gave us tips on where to go like shopping, best travel spots and even the Yoga place, just walking distance from the place. I will definitely recommend this to my friends and family!

My husband and I think this place was wonderful! The owner was always helpful, friendly. This location is quiet, very clean, a beautiful kitchen, wonderful bedroom and bathroom.My husband stayed here for five months, while working in California he was quite comfortable, this has good shopping near and attractions that don't take a whole day to travel to. We would recommend this place to our family and friends.

My wife & I spent time here in December and it is a very nice property. Very clean, great location, excellent neighborhood and close to all major highways and attractions but in a very quiet setting. We would definitely select this property to stay at again if our travels take us west.

My husband,teenage daughter and myself stayed here for 1 week. Excellent location, close to all sites, but in a quiet surronding. We found the duplex to be very clean, and comfortable, upon our arrival. In the evening after a full day of sight seeing and exploring we would kick back on the patio and relax. The neighborhood was beautiful and exactly what we were looking for in a rental property near but not in the L.A. area. We would return!
