Relax in this newly redecorated and tastefully furnished 2BR/2BA condo with views of the Ocean and Banana River. Balcony faces South & condo complex is next to beach so you get sunrise into the master bedroom and sunset into the living room.

To the north you can catch NASA shuttle launches and impressive tours of the Kennedy Space Center, including the jaw-dropping missile garden. Kick back on the famous Historic Cocoa Beach Pier after playing a few games of beach volleyball, or simply sip a cool one as you people-watch. Visit RonJons famous 24-hr beach store for all your surfing needs, or for impressive and coveted souvenirs!

Immaculate and recently redecorated spacious oceanfront, two-bedroom, two bath no-smoke/no-pets condo in complex with elevators, heated swimming pool and sauna, and plenty of parking. 50-minute drive from Orlando Airport (MCO).

This is heaven! Salt-mist from the Ocean, the famous white sand of Cocoa Beach and the best surfing waves on the East Coast, at least according to RonJons. Water is warm enough for year round swimming too. Either delight in the private boardwalk access to the ocean out front, or enjoy either the Causeway beach or the Cocoa Beach Pier beach, both awash with restaurants and bars.

Fishers choose from Charter Fishing boats at Port Canaveral and inshore fishing on the Banana and Indian Rivers, two fishing piers and many boat launching options. Pontoon boat tours feature dolphin and manatee sights along with myriad large water birds.

Exhilarating Walt Disney World, EPCOT and Universal Studios entertain and await just 50 minutes away, then come home to a twilight Casino cruise.

Barbeque with new and old friends next door at the beach-side Fisher park with plenty of grassy lawn for frisbee or whiffle ball. Or enjoy steaks on the small electric grill on the Property's Balcony as you watch the sun set.

We're just south of the Canaveral National Seashore 25-mile long barrier island along the Space Coast - a national Park Service protected reserve, the home of colorful and exotic birds.

Golfers can choose from over 15 courses within 30 miles yet you'll look long and hard to surpass Cocoa Beach's Country Club. Major discount shopping exists within 2 minutes, and then a larger selection of nearly everything in majestic Orlando and it's surrounds.

MASTER BEDROOM & BATH HIGHLIGHTS:

The balconied master features a "Heavenly" bed ala Westin Hotels with a temperature-set-control ceiling fan and sliding French doors. A brand new 42" LCD flat panel HDTV is wall-mounted with full motion to avoid sun glare, beside a full size dresser & mirror. Master & Guest beds are fitted with fine linens.

Enjoy the expansive views of the Atlantic from the luxury of your bed, or the chaise on the adjoining pillow-balcony where you can also see the comings-and-goings along the Banana River.
The master bath features a glass-enclosed full-size stand-up shower, and stretched double-vanity with room-length highlight-lit mirror.

Ample walk-in closet with shelves and efficient hanging organizers will handle all your clothes--either fold up or hanging. While Florida is extremely casual, a steam iron and ironing board are provided.

GUEST BEDROOM HIGHLIGHTS:

A sturdy bunk-bed arrangement will satisfy your two younger guests, who can enjoy the privacy of their own TV with remote control. If you travel with your laptop, use the provided printer & computer paper to print out dinner reservations or your emails, as you gaze out at yet another stunning view of the ocean.

A single-vanity and full closet provide plenty of room for both clothes and beach toys.

Private access to the common bathroom with full-size shower-bathtub and mirrored sink, with maroon and hunter green towels aplenty.

KITCHEN HIGHLIGHTS:

The fully-furnished kitchen (should you choose to cook and forego the numerous walking-distance inexpensive restaurants) comes with fridge-freezer especially equipped with filtered water & ice in the door, ultra-quiet dishwasher, self-cleaning oven and built-in microwave. You'll have full use of a coffee-maker, toaster & blender as well as a full array of skillets, pots & pans, pizza trays, salad spinners.

Tons of kitchen utensils and of course, every size of glass, and plates and flatware make this feel like home. Trays, cutting boards and a lobster pot are available.

LIVING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS:

Relax with a drink on the white leather couch, love seat or the La-Z-Boy recliner as you watch a DVD movie on the room's TV. There's an array of DVDs right beside the TV, bring your own, or get them free at the Cocoa Beach Library, 4 minutes south.
There's even room for a blow-up mattress for a big family get-together.
A huge mirrored wall behind the couch gives you stunning ocean views from the living & dining room and even the kitchen. Full-length oak coffee table sits directly in front of couch to hold drinks and snacks.

DINING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS:
Wooden table comfortably seats 6 people on padded wooden chairs. Long wall-mounted accent mirrors give a light and roomy feel. Passthough window from the kitchen help with easy access to hot food and dishes clean up.

  • My stay at this Cocoa Beach condo was heavenly! The immaculately clean rooms, lovely furnishings, breathtaking view of the ocean as well as the night-time city lights from the private balcony, convenience of restaurants and shopping, and the cushy master bed with a mounted flat screen TV in the bedroom made this vacation all I could ever ask for. Also, having access to beach towels, chairs and umbrellas was a bonus that made the beach a comfortable and delightful experience. I loved my stay!

  • This Condo is beautifully decorated & immaculate . The living room opens onto a large balcony - we enjoyed sitting there soaking in the gorgeous full ocean view and listening to the soothing sound of ocean waves. Enjoyed the convenience of the beach accessories - chairs/towels/umbrellas & the easy private access to the lovely beach of the warm Atlantic Ocean. Master BR has beautiful balcony view of the ocean too! This condo is a delight!

  • Your Cocoa Beach condo is as close to heaven-on-earth as I have ever been. To feel the breeze off the ocean and hear the ebb-and-flow of the waves any hour of the day or night...to step out on the balcony and behold the grandeur of the Atlantic flanked by sand and palm trees... to be able to visit the Space Center or Disney in less than an hour, not to menton the fine restaurants and the funky little beach stores within minutes...and yet to have all the comforts of a beautifully furnished home+pool+spa+easy beach access: what more could anyone want?   • It is a very quiet neighborhood! I could walk to Publix Grocery, Wendy's, and Curves!! It is so conveniently located. The view is great! You can see the sunrise from the Heavenly Bed and fall asleep listening to the sound of the waves! It is beautifully decorated and in immaculate condition. Just loved going to the ocean and also swimming in the pool! Everyone was so friendly, it made you glad to be there!

  • Fantastic boutique shopping at the village of Cocoa and many good restaurants in the area. Famous Ron Jon's department store for swimming and sporting goods nearby. Condo has wonderful homey atmosphere and a great view from the balcony and master bedroom. We Love it!!
