My husband and I enjoyed another wonderful month in Cocoa Beach. We are return renters to the unit. The condo is wonderful, it is exactly as depicted on the listing. Location is wonderful! We loved again being able to walk to everything. Although A1A is a very busy highway, the condo sits back far enough so that your are unaware of the busyness out front, you can just enjoy the sounds of the ocean from the sliders. We are grateful to have once again had a wonderful vacation and look forward to our return in 2013.

My husband and I rented the unit for the month of March 2011. The unit was exactly as depicted in the VRBO listing. Nick was extremely helpful to us from the beginning of the rental process right through to the end. The property was well maintained. It was so nice to go into the unit and have the essentials such as condiments, papergoods, soaps etc which we replaced as we used. It was great to be close to many restaurants - some within walking distance. The Sunset Grill, Lobster Shanty and Brano's were among our favorites. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and hope to go back in the future.

I agree with the many great points that have already been made about this condo. A few I can add: The southern exposure was fantastic. Sun all day !!! Opening the windows on one end and the slider on the balcony created an awesome sea breeze through the condo. The thermostat was set to "OFF" the entire 2 weeks. Wish I could do that at home. Ron Jons was a 15 minute walk, the pier 25 and downtown Cocoa Beach a healthy 35 minutes. With everything in between I rarely had to start the car. The one thing that sets this condo apart from the many others I have stayed at is the professionalism. From the help with booking and other arrangements from Nick to the welcoming from Mike and Rita, we were made to feel at home. And there is nothing better than feeling at home in someone elses home. Thanks for a wonderful escape !!!

Fourth visit at Cocoa but first time in a condo. Clean, comfortable, directly on the bech, near of all services, Publix, Health care center, Optometrist, etc , etc .It's not the last time! Less then 1 hour from Disney ans Orlando's attractions. The balcony has a view on the beach. Vraiment incroyable comme endroit! En alternant les visites à Orlando avec les journées de plage au Condo, nous avons pus relaxer entre les visites de parcs thématiques. C'est très paisible et calme, la piscine d'eau salée est très belle. La plage est à 2 minutes de marche et tout les services sont à proximités. À environ 1 km de Ron Jon, 1 heure de Orlando et ses différentes attractions. C'est hyper propre. Notre famille vous recommande cet endroit sans hésitation

Imagine this! You fall asleep in a genuine (Westin) Heavenly Bed, lulled by the ocean surf, and then you awaken, gazing at the glorious ocean sunrise while still resting in bed! Well, you are so well-rested, it doesn't take long for you to stroll onto the balcony with your morning coffee or fresh orange juice to continue the promising sensations of the day. Watch the pelicans and other seashore birds, or watch surfers and early fishermen, or settle back with your eyes closed still relaxing in the gentle ocean breeze while you plan your activities of the day...this balcony offers the perfect setting! The "icing-on-the-cake" for me is - NO BUGS! That's right, no flying/biting little critters! Since I live in rural America, a vacation from any kind of bugs is truly a worthy respite! From the lobster pot in the overall well-appointed kitchen, to the full size Foreman grill on the deck, to the ample array of beach amenities, we didn't want for anything other than more time to enjoy everything,

BEST SPRING BREAK EVER......

We loved our Spring Break this year. Got to see the LAST night Space Shuttle launch on April 5th right from the beach. Was an experience that the boys and I will have FOREVER!!!! The weather was the best I've had in prolly 10 yrs on Spring Break. The Condo was GREAT. It is just like the pictures and descriptions. We had the best CONNECTIONS with getting all the paperwork and keys transferred, etc. It was an absolutely smooth transaction. When we had questions or concerns, we got very quick responses, and everyone was very helpful. The location of condo is great to all your needs, shopping, groceries, etc..... We would definately recommend to friends and family, as we are prolly gonna rent again before the year is out, and maybe for Spring Break next year......

We loved your spotless condo. The location could not be better - with grocery store a short walk, the ocean just steps away, and Ron Jons for authentic surfing souvenirs for our tennagers, so close by. The unobstructed oceanview from the deck and from the bedroom is very soothing.

What can I say that has not been said already. Very well furnished. Great balcony--sun all day. Condo has everything you need for inside, pool and beach. The view from the balcony of the beach is fantastic and there is no building beside you to obstruct the view. Heaven !!

My stay at this Cocoa Beach condo was heavenly! The immaculately clean rooms, lovely furnishings, breathtaking view of the ocean as well as the night-time city lights from the private balcony, convenience of restaurants and shopping, and the cushy master bed with a mounted flat screen TV in the bedroom made this vacation all I could ever ask for. Also, having access to beach towels, chairs and umbrellas was a bonus that made the beach a comfortable and delightful experience. I loved my stay!

This Condo is beautifully decorated & immaculate . The living room opens onto a large balcony - we enjoyed sitting there soaking in the gorgeous full ocean view and listening to the soothing sound of ocean waves. Enjoyed the convenience of the beach accessories - chairs/towels/umbrellas & the easy private access to the lovely beach of the warm Atlantic Ocean. Master BR has beautiful balcony view of the ocean too! This condo is a delight!

Your Cocoa Beach condo is as close to heaven-on-earth as I have ever been. To feel the breeze off the ocean and hear the ebb-and-flow of the waves any hour of the day or night...to step out on the balcony and behold the grandeur of the Atlantic flanked by sand and palm trees... to be able to visit the Space Center or Disney in less than an hour, not to menton the fine restaurants and the funky little beach stores within minutes...and yet to have all the comforts of a beautifully furnished home+pool+spa+easy beach access: what more could anyone want? It is a very quiet neighborhood! I could walk to Publix Grocery, Wendy's, and Curves!! It is so conveniently located. The view is great! You can see the sunrise from the Heavenly Bed and fall asleep listening to the sound of the waves! It is beautifully decorated and in immaculate condition. Just loved going to the ocean and also swimming in the pool! Everyone was so friendly, it made you glad to be there!

Fantastic boutique shopping at the village of Cocoa and many good restaurants in the area. Famous Ron Jon's department store for swimming and sporting goods nearby. Condo has wonderful homey atmosphere and a great view from the balcony and master bedroom. We Love it!!

Had the great fortune of staying at this beautiful condo in cocoa beach area. The condo has everything you could possible want 'and then some’ Kitchen is well laid out with all your needs taken care off, Fabulous sitting/dining room with a wonderful balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. My wife and I even had the good fortune to watch a satellite been launched from the near by Kennedy Space centre which we viewed from the balcony. This condo was a little gem great comfort and well designed also an easy drive to all the attractions. Booking this property was so simple and straight forward.As we where travelling from Ireland our contact was Nick Johnson; Nick made the booking process so simple and arranged our arrival and keys pickup.
