My husband and I along with a group of our friends visit Lynn & Jack's absolutely lovely home every year. It is a perfect Vacation location for families or girl or guy get-togethers - any season! The home is very clean and very spacious offering all comfort of whatever you may need or wish for. The views are breathtaking and the peace and serenity of the area is so nice. There is something for everyone too. The ownwers havw thought of everything and are very accomodating. The outdoor shower is most enjoyable. The fire pit at night is so enjoyable. A kitchen that one would dream about. A private beach and grounds that are memorable. There are sightseeing options avaiable ( we have visited Sackets Harbor many times for their great restaurants and unbelievable sunsets and gone to Alexandria Bay, Thousand Islands & Bolt Castle. All great day trips if you choose). This is a perfect place for a vacation!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This place is simply amazing ! Pictures don't do it justice. The house is on a private road on 6 acres of land. Everything you could ever need for your vacation is there.We had a large group of 3 families and never felt crowded. Our families went swimming, charter fishing, whitewater rafting, water skiing , kayaking and had a bonfire. We had our own boat which made it easier to get to the private sand beach on Lake Ontario, where you can see a beautiful sunset.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We rented John & Lynn's property for our Annual IceFishing get-together. Ten of us have been getting together every winter for the last 35 years. We found the property to be clean and modern. Lynn communicated well with us and we were able to work through the arrangements without a hitch. The house is very large and has excellent cooking and kitchen facilities. It has many bedrooms and two full baths. It is well heated and has ample parking. The waterfront is about 100 yards from the house, which makes for easy access. The caretaker was accommodating and filled us in on the pond and the area. This would be a great summertime rental for a large extended family. Thanks again John and Lynn for a great rental experience.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family is planning it's 3rd vacation there for the summer of 2010. We love it here!!! So much to do. If you have a boat and love water activities, this is the place for you. Fishing, Swimming, Boating and so much more. This property is beautiful and very much secluded. Not to many people around to infringe on your quiet time. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone. (just stay off my week!!! lol)Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family and relatives stayed here 2 summers and had a wonderful time. Highly recommend this place for your vacation. Golfing , Boating, Fishing, and a great boat beach across from the house, Make sure you have a boat\, Only way to get their. About the owner: Jack and I have owned this house since 2001. My father purchased it in 1985 then built an addition larger than the original house in 1995. He passed away in 1997 he loved this place because of it's uniqueness and beauty. The panoramic view of the lake, the fishing, golfing and the sunsets only surpassed by those in Hawaii as stated in National Geographic along with the peace and tranquility even in peak season make this place priceless. Because we live a distance and cannot be here as much as we would like we enjoy being able to share a little piece of our heaven with our guests.
Why the Owner Chose Sandy Creek:
Our 2 sons call this God's country. We have the same group of friends over July 4th every year and they finally agreed to leave the house or deck as it may be to go to a restaurant after 5 years. They have never gone sight seeing the only places they frequent are the lake, beach, golf course and the front deck. All accessible by foot or boat. We try to coax them to expand their options but their response is always the same. '' Why go anywhere? It's perfect here.' Everything you could want is here. Just bring loved ones to spend precious time with.

You can travel with several families be together and still have your own space when needed. The tranquility and serenity is contagious regardless of your age. Our beach, screened beach house, campfire area. frog pond and dock for fishing are all on a private road and safe for children to bike ride. The Elms a golf course is minutes away.
