Make your holiday in Florida really special and rent our delightful air conditioned villa a real home from home for non-smokers with west facing 30 x 15 foot screened pool, 7 foot spa, games room, wifi, digital cable and PS2 in Davenport, close to all amenities and attractions. The villa is situated on The Abbey at West Haven, an exclusive gated community set in a private peaceful location within natural Floridian surroundings, yet only a 10 minute drive from Disney Main Gate.
The fully-equipped and extended pool decking area looks out onto a beautiful illuminated landscaped area with hedging growing either side of the pool for optimum privacy. Comfortable pool furniture is provided to help you relax and unwind.
Our villa has 4 bedrooms sleeping up to a maximum of 8 persons. The downstairs master bedroom has a king-sized bed, sliding doors leading directly to the pool area, and an en-suite bathroom with large corner tub and walk in shower. Upstairs there are 2 twin rooms (one with Winnie the Pooh theme), the main bathroom with bath and shower over and another master bedroom with queen-sized bed, and en-suite facilities with a walk-in shower. All bedrooms have flat screen cable televisions and contain plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. A travel cot and bedding, high chair and stroller are provided for your use. Board games, books and Dvds are provided in the Great Room for those quieter moments.
Fully opening sliding doors lead directly onto the pool area from the Great Room. The Dining Area has a large table with seating for 8 and has sliding doors leading to the covered lanai and pool area There is an external shower and cabana for your convenience. The villa has been tastefully decorated and furnished with constant updates including new carpets for 2013 making it your perfect vacation home.

There is a PS2, Dvd player and board games for the family to enjoy. We have 2 master suites which makes the home perfect for 2 families to share and of course there are all the kitchen appliances and laundry facilities you could need plus a cot, stroller and high chair and if you need to keep in touch there's free wifi - just bring your lap top. All this and Disney, Universal, the Gulf Coast, golf, restaurants, shopping too!!!
