The villa is situated on The Abbey at West Haven, an exclusive gated community set in a private peaceful location within natural Floridian surroundings, yet only a 10 minute drive from Disney Main Gate.
The fully-equipped and extended pool decking area looks out onto a beautiful illuminated landscaped area with hedging growing either side of the pool for optimum privacy. A selection of pool toys are provided along with comfortable pool furniture
Our villa has 4 bedrooms sleeping up to a maximum of 8 persons. The downstairs master bedroom has a king-sized bed, sliding doors leading directly to the pool area, and an en-suite bathroom with large corner tub and walk in shower. Upstairs there are 2 twin rooms (one with Winnie the Pooh theme), the main bathroom with bath and shower over and another master bedroom with queen-sized bed, and en-suite facilities with a walk-in shower. All bedrooms have cable television and contain plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. A travel cot and bedding, high chair and stroller are provided for your use. Board games, books and Dvds are provided in the Great Room for those quieter moments.
Fully opening sliding doors lead directly onto the pool area from the Great Room. The Dining Area has a large table with seating for 8 and has sliding doors leading to the covered lanai and pool area There is an external shower and cabana for your convenience. The villa has been tastefully decorated and furnished making it your perfect vacation home.

The villa is a true gem in the heart of the Florida magic. We have everything you need for a perfect holiday. A beautiful large pool with a bubbly spa to relax in. A lovely large lanai perfect for al fresco dining or catching some rays. A games room with pool, air hockey and basket ball, Digital TV with a huge selection of channels to choose from. There is a PS2, Dvd player and board games for the family to enjoy. We have 2 master suites which makes the home perfect for 2 families to share and of course there are all the kitchen appliances and laundry facilities you could need plus a cot, stroller and high chair and if you need to keep in touch there's a free internet connection - just bring your lap top. All this and Disney, Universal, the Gulf Coast, golf, restaurants, shopping too!!!
