Great location. North Beach area has private Beach, and not in congested tourist area. Great house for the Holidays with all the family. We live in Tampa, and enjoy every minute with all my family. Children, Grandkids, brothers, sisters, nephews and nieces and lots of friends!
Clearwater beach has changed so much over the past five years! We call it FUN, with some style to it!

Great beach. Very relaxing, but can get to all the excitement of area within 3 minutes. fishing, water Sports and just hanging out at the restaurants with friends and family!
Some people have asked about a pool in the backyard?? Why? You are at the Beach! Have fun with the sand and surf! Much cooler! However, there is a great Clearwater Recreation Center within 5 minute car, or a short 10-15 minute walk.
