Perfect Beach Vacation Home

We had seven people in our group and this house couldn’t have been more perfect for us. The kitchen was perfect for our needs, complete with granite countertops. We had most of our lunches and breakfasts in this home while we were there and used the grill on the back patio twice. It was a two minute walk to the ocean (if that) walking across the road and down the sandy path. This part of the beach was not very busy at all, especially compared to the beaches by the pier. The house was in a very good location, on the corner in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It was very clean and cozy with awesome landscaping. If I could also make a suggestion… you must go to a restaurant called Los Mayas on the mainland in Clearwater. It is a little off the beaten path, but it was, hands down, the best Mexican food we have ever had! We are already missing this house!

This is just a brief note to thank you for the opportunity to lease your lovely beach home on ElDorado Avenue this past week. My family was very pleased by how comfortable, well furnished and equipped your home is, as well as its ideal location so close to beautiful Clearwater Beach. My sister from Denver, who does not impress easily, loved the fresh flowers awaiting her arrival in the immaculate kitchen. I know everyone in my family had a great time, and we plan to return again next year for another reunion. Thank you so very much

What a great time we had at this extraordinary house we rented from Nancy! We were celebrating our 40th annniversary and I had searched and searched to find the PERFECT place for our family of 11 to gather and enjoy each other, the sunshine and the beach. I couldn't have picked a better place. It's beautifully landscaped and tended, the house was roomy and everything was clean, the layout was perfect for our family, and they had literally everything you needed to spend the day at the beach. It's very accommodating. They even had some supplies that we thought we'd need to buy like paper towels, toilet paper, some cooking things (sugar, some spices, olive oil, etc.) which made it so handy to feed little ones instead of always having to go to a restaurant. I read through the other reviews and they are all spot-on! This is a great place to stay. The beach is so close, the sand is white and clean, and at times we felt we were the only ones on the beach. The pictures of the property really represent the property, so you know what you're getting. Don't look any further! You won't regret renting this place! Thanks again, Nancy. We hope we can come back soon.

We were so pleased with this home! It was the perfect choice for our beach stay. The house was beautiful on the inside as well as the outside. We were even able to take some family photos around the landscaping of the house because it was so beautiful. Lynn, the housekeeper, was there finishing up when we arrived (we were a little early) and then stopped by after we were settled to make sure we found everything ok. There were 10 of us in the house and we all had more than enough room. All 6 kids as well as the adults had a blast at the beach all day and in to the evening. It is very close to the downtown and Pier 60. The neighborhood and the beach are so quiet....it is just so relaxing. The property was exactly as described and very clean. I would definitely recommend this home to my family and friends. My only regret is that we didn't have another 2 weeks to stay and enjoy it!! You must rent this home....you won't be disappointed.

This was our first vrbo rental and I hope to never stay in a "hotel" again. This home was wonderful. There was plenty of room for our large group. We had a 3 year old and a 1 year old and it was very child safe. The kids loved the enclosed porch area. The home was exactly as pictured, very clean, and in a very nice neighborhood. The beach felt almost private. The manager was very attentive and checked with us twice to be sure everything was as we needed. Thank you so much for one of the most enjoyable vacation stays ever! We did not want to leave. I hope we can rent this home again : )

Our big family of ten LOVED this house! It was EXACTLY as it is pictured and very very clean. When they say you don't need to bring anything, you really don't. The beds were more comfortable than our own. There were plenty of linens, beach chairs, towels, etc. The beach was literally a 3 minute walk across the street. All of the furnishings were very nice and most of them new. There was plenty of restaurants and shopping only a 5 minute drive away. We lacked nothing.

WOW! We were extremely pleased with our vacation beach home. This was a family reunion with our 3 married children, their spouses and our 7 grandchildren ages 1 yr to 10 yrs. There was plenty of room that we never felt crowded. The amenities of roll away beds, pack 'n play, high chair, baby gate and all the beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas made for a great vacation. I would also add that the website was very informative, the booking easy and our deposit was back in record time! Thank you.

We just returned from a stay at this beach house and we had the BEST time. We were there for my son's wedding and we had the groom's dinner at the house. It was a great place to welcome our family. It was fun for everyone to walk down to the beach after dinner. It's so conveniently close. The bride's parents stayed in the house behind and it was great to have us close together. Nancy was very helpful in planning our event. We also had a 50th Wedding Anniversary for my parents and Nancy suggested the Island Way Grill, excellent! We found this home to be clean and comfortable. We would stay there again in a minute!

We have stayed in resorts, hotels and condos many times over the years in Florida and have to say this was one of THE BEST experiences and accomodations we have ever had. There were 8 of us (4 18-22 year olds) and everyone agrees this house and property had literally everything you would need or want at the beach! The house and landscaping is beautifully maintained and there is ALOT of room and privacy. The beach is a few steps away and you are only a couple of minutes away from the fun nightlife and great restaurants. Thanks fo Lynn, Nancy and Larry for checking on us to see if we needed anything over the 8 nights we were there. We will definitely be back!!

This property has been our best experience yet in Florida. There were 8 of us and this house had accomodations for everything you could imagine. Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, the house was beautifully decorated-even a wedding party wanted their pictures taken in the landscaped yard of this property. Literally a minute from the beach. We saw dolphins, manatees and a few other things we really did not care to see but is part of ocean life.....the beach is very private-very nice. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for fun and sun!!!!!!

Just returned from this fantastic house.There were 8 adults & 1 child in our party.It was great.Nancy made it so easy for us from the time I booked it till the end of our trip.The house was clean,close to the beach, private yard and porch.Just right for relaxing.Grilling (outside grill) and chilling (inside air) Need I say more?There were plenty of towels,beach towels,beach chairs and sand buckets to choose from.Our experience was great.I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to rent.Very child friendly.We now have family memories that will last a lifetime.Oh Nancy thanks for the great weather.We couldn't have been happier.We hope to return soon.

This is the perfect place to enjoy a quiet relaxing beach getaway. Roomy, comfy, very cute, comfy beds. It was exactly what I was hoping for when I booked our Girls Weekend. Can not recommend it enough. Hope to make is an annual visit!

Our families drove 16+ hours from Pittsburgh, PA to stay at this amazing Clearwater Beach home. We couldn't have been more pleased with the accomodations, the home is kid and adult friendly and very comfortably slept the 14 in our party. Larry and Nancy (property owners) were very available to us for questions prior to our arrival as well as during our stay. We had a wonderful vacation and it is such a relief to have rented this home and got more than what we expected!! I highly recommend this home for families based on the space available and the lay out of the property...and it is AMAZINGLY CLOSE TO THE BEACH!!!! Thanks Larry and Nancy and we are looking forward to coming back!!

My wife found this house by browsing a few different internet sites and I was a little apprehensive at first, we usually stay at a hotel and this was one of the first time renting a vacation home. Let me tell you, we were amazed. From the smooth transaction with Nancy and finding the house to the location and the quality of the accommodations. Everything was very cleaned when we arrived, there was enough lines and beach towels for all the guests and it was close to everything. The beach is within steps from the house and the little outdoor shower is great to make sure all the sand stays outside. The beach was great and the restaurants were all within a 5 minute car ride. I personally recommend the grouper at Frenchy's, I probably had that a couple times at least. Thanks for everything Nancy, we will probably make this an yearly thing! The entire family loved!!!
