Settle in here for a nice long stay. This new home on Kailua Beach is definitely not to be found anywhere else. It’s one of a kind and will make your Hawaiian experience even more special. Come play and relax here and get completely away from your life back home. This home is for long term rentals only - it's for people who can settle in for a while and appreciate all this property has to offer.
The main house, swimming pool court and sleeping huts are heavy timber pavilions designed in the Polynesian style. Materials are top notch and include a mango wood bench at the entry for comfortable shoe removal (Hawaiian tradition) and mango bar in gathering room, granite counters and lots of wood throughout. The broad overhanging roof partially shades multiple lanais which accommodate those who need to be out of the sun with those who love the sun. The pool includes a wading deck.
The large vaulted ceiling living center of the house has an open seating area with TV system, large dining table and sleek kitchen with bar seating and the latest appliances. Two glass walls fully open to provide practically no distinction between the inside and outside in the main gathering areas. The pool court has a dining table outside with an ocean backdrop.
You’ll have plenty of space to be together and yet separate too! A couple would be very comfortable here but there are a total of 5 queen bedrooms plus a play room with two sets of bunks easily sleeps 12. The master bedroom with its large lanai is a standout with grand views of the ocean (sunrise) and the mountains behind (sunset). Shower looking out through glass walls at the ever changing ocean!
The property is very private. The grounds are substantially landscaped to provide you a Hawaiian paradise retreat. An entry court transitions from the quiet residential neighborhood to the exclusive grounds and home. You’ll never have to leave this sanctuary – it’s all here for you. A large fenced real lawn leads right to the beach. Outside amenities include the swimming pool, 2 outdoor showers and foot baths, a low hammock, a deluxe covered gas BBQ, tiki torches, and outdoor storage with beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrella and some beach toys.

Why the Owner Chose Kailua
We didn't buy it as a vacation rental, but as our home. This is a residential area, not a commercial area and we love the quiet and privacy. We've owned the property for many years -originally there was a small 2 bedroom house on the property. Our family is now 3 generations and we needed more sleeping areas so we built this home for us. Because of school and work schedules, we're unable to be here as much as we planned, so we want to share this wonderful retreat. But we are interested in long term stays only.
