The cottage is located within walking distance of the Rocky Neck Art Colony, the North Shore Art Association, wonderful restaurants, Gloucester beaches and shopping. Off street parking for one car included!
The living space consists of a truly unique efficiency unit; one twin bed sits in a secluded area off the living room. It has a private entrance to the outside, with a down comforter and great paisley print bedding.
There is another twin bed located off the living room, located in a sunny, multi-windowed space. Must enjoy the morning light, as this room is like having a glass ceiling!
The kitchen is small, but efficient. A full washer/dryer is located in the kitchen area. There is a small seating area in the kitchen, and on the covered front porch, and another small dining table within the living area. The bathroom has a full size, old-fashioned, footed tub. The skylights are wonderful.
