We are within minutes of great skiing, fishing, lakes and unbelievable hiking.
This cabin is a real find! Situated on 1/3 acre within a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by tall ponderosa pines. It offers wooden floors, pine ceilings, granite counters and updated fixtures, and ceiling fans throughout. It has two bedrooms, a full bath downstairs; a large loft upstairs with three beds, a bathroom/shower,and sitting area. A complete kitchen, dining room, and family room downstairs. There is a full-size laundry room with washer and dryer.
Enjoy the wooden deck while you read your favorite book, listen to music, or observe the squirrels and blue jays who are frequent visitors, or while cooking on the gas BBQ grill. Why the Owner Chose Pinetop-Lakeside
We chose to buy a summer home in Pinetop because of the cool and quiet summers within an easy drive for us from Phoenix. We can go from 100+ degrees in the valley to 70-80 degrees in Pinetop within a few hours! The summers are mild and the winters are snow-packed with fun. We have a group of friends also retired and live here; we wanted to be near so we could get together often.
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin
We love to come up for the Car Show in September; the country club is close by for a game of golf or a bloody mary Sunday mornings. Or for a quick road trip in the afternoon, we like to drive to Greer, AZ for a picnic by the creek. Our granddaughter likes the trail rides offered just a mile down the road.

Bob and Teresa Miller: We are retired Honeywell employees living in the Phoenix valley. We fell in love with the Crystal Springs cabin when we saw it; it was perfect; we ended up buying it in June 2008. We enjoy walking, hiking, riding our bikes, and visiting the local hang-outs. The people here are friendly and outgoing. We greatly enjoy our time here; we plan to move up here full-time in a few years, however, in the meantime, we offer our home to you as a rental. We hope you will love it as much as we do.

My family and I (4 adults 3 kids) stayed in this cabin over Thanksgiving and it was such a wonderful cabin. Bob and Theresa have thought of everything, even DVD's and games for the family. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely recommend this to anyone and when we are back in the Pinetop area would stay here again!! Thank you!

My family & I stayed at this cute cozy cabin for a Christmas in the snow! Although we only had a little snow upon our arrival...we still enjoyed a wonderful family holiday at this cabin. It was very well equiped with everything we needed for our holiday meal. The cabin was very warm & comfortable, with plenty of room for all of us (6 people & 1 little dog). It was clean, very cute & everything functioned as it should! We were very happy & would recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice getaway in the trees!
