The lake house is located on the Colorado Arm of Lake LBJ. We are right in the middle of the beautiful Texas Hill Country. Lake LBJ one of the few constant level lakes in TX, which is a big asset during a drought. We cater to singles, couples, families, Winter Texans, and large family reunions.
We have many amenities at our resort to keep the whole family happy without having to go anywhere else. We are just 45 minutes northwest of Austin, 90 minutes north of San Antonio, 3 hrs. south of Dallas, 3.5 hrs west of Houston, and 4 hrs. east of Midland/Odessa.
We are open all year and offer discounts from October through April. We would love for you have your next vacation/getaway with us.

My husband and I purchased this property in 2002. We vacationed here 3 years prior to moving here and loved the location and the fact that the lake is always full! It is a great property with lots of shade located in a very quiet area. The lake house is our favorite house since it is right on the lake.
Why the Owner Chose Burnet
Constant level lake in the middle of the TX Hill Country. Mild winters. 100 yr. old pecan trees for shade in the summer.
