We stayed in this beautiful home June 26 - June 30, 2011. It was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Linda was great to work with and extremely helpful. The location of the house was perfect for everything we wanted to do, such as going to an Arizona Diamondbacks game (about a 20 to 25 minute drive) and visiting Old Town Scottsdale, about 25 minutes away. The pool is fairly large and we took advantage of it every day. Glendale is a large suburb of Phoenix with a small-town feel and it was very easy to get around. This house is close to many restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, etc. I would recommend this house as a perfect home-away-from-home.

BCS Championship visit

My family and I (12 of us) came for the BCS Championship. We traveled from Auburn Al. Eight of us stayed in this beautiful house. The house was nicely decorated and so spacious. The pictures on the web site are great but didn't do the house justice. It was much nicer in person! The house was close to 101 and near the stadium and grocery stores as well as resturants. We were so glad we rented this house instead of hotel rooms. We cooked steaks the first night we were there and were able to have breakfast each morning at the house before we started our sightseeing. Lynda was great! I feel like we are new friends now. She was always available for phone calls and suggestions. Your house was our home away from home. I have been telling all my friends about it. War Eagle

XMAS 2010

My family and I totally enjoyed this home over our Christmas holiday (2010). The house was clean and comfortable and we found it to be exactly as advertised. The hot tub was fantastic especially at night under the stars! The location was terrific and close to everything we needed. Easy access to the 101 and close to several restaurants and stores. I would highly recommend this location to anyone and I would have no reservations on returning for a future visit to PHX.

Golf getaway

The residense sits in close proximity to the 101 for easy travel but far enough away that noise is not a factor. The hospital is close but did not generate noise. I was wondering about med flights and sirens. The pool and hot tub both used with no problems. The bedrooms were big and the beds were very comfortable. The house was clean and maintained. The patio had what we needed, a place to play cards and another place to sit and watch the golfers.

Great Location! Close to shopping/Golf

We are 4 couples from Canada that rented the Glendale Home in Feb2009. This is a great location for shopping, golf, and restaurants and in a very quiet residential area with a great view of the golf course. The 4 bedrooms upstairs and large living area on the main floor gave us all plenty of room to gather together or relax on our own. The pool area had lots of room to dine or lie about, and the hot tub got lots of use. House was equipped with most of the essentials we needed. Rental agency was very informative, friendly and always available by phone or email to answer any questions we had. We all had a great time in Phoenix and would recommend this rental house as a great golf/shopping get away. The Canadian 8

Close to Everything

Great house and as advertised. We found it well appointed with everything neccessary for our 1 week stay. The house is tastefully done, well managed and clean, we lacked nothing. The hot tub was great and got a good workout. The manager made us feel at home and called to be sure everything was as expected and asked if we needed anything on our arrival. This home is centrally located to golf courses, baseball facilities and the Glendale Sports arenas of Cardinal Stadium and Jobbing.com are just 10 minutes down the 101. I'd stay here in the future and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great home in a nice, safe neighborhood.

NO place like Home-the Best family vacation!!

My family was coming out to Ariz. for a wedding and a long awaited Family Reunion! I have to say this house was more then I expected!!! I do alot of traveling and stay in many hotels, but it was a joy to rent this house!! Everything was like new, from the furniture, the beddings, sheets,flat screens and towels.Everything was so clean!! The were so many nice pictures and decoration all around the house that really made you feel like home. The manager was very nice and accommadating! The backyard was like a resort absolutely breathtaking!! In the day time we swam, laid on our rafts in the pool sipping our drinks, watching the Golfers go by, what FUNN!! Nights we barbequed and relaxed in the Hot tub, it is so spacious outside!! We almost forgot to go to the wedding!! It was so nice having this family vacation,because the manager had another rental just around the corner, so all my family could stay near each other without having to stay in hotels. So if you having a big family get together and need places to stay you need to call and get these houses together. It is so much cheaper then a hotel and instead of travel time on the road, you can spend time with each other. I have recommended this place to all my freinds! When they say No place like home!! I truely felt at home at this property! Did not want to leave!! We went to Sedona, that was fun and a great day trip.I will be renting this place next year!!

Great for cardinals game

4 couples used this house on a Cardinals get away weekend and it was great. Great location to be close to the stadium. Comfortable beds and furniture. Owner was very easy to deal with. My only suggestion is that I think it had been a while since it was rented last and the towels and linens smelled a bit dusty and the house looked like it needed dusting. I whish we would have called ahead to have the pool heated but that was our fault not the owner. hot tub was great. There is not a downstairs bedroom or full bathroom so if you have a person who can not climb stairs this house may not be for you. We had a great time grilling steaks and got some king crab legs at a nearby Costco and had an awesome meal.

Owner response:In response to the Cards Fans review, I know they gave a 5/5 review which is excellent, and I appreciate their Honesty! For future renters you need to understand this property is located in Ariz. So unless you are living in the house and dusting it everyday there will be dust!! Let us focus on the facts that this house is very clean,sheets & towels were clean, the furnshings are lovely and the management staff is available for all your concerns!! They were correct in saying the house had not been rented for over a month, because our high rental season start after the holidays. We never adverised a heated pool only a hot tub! For someone who is handicapped this property probably would not work well with the stairs! I do appreciate any constructive reviews, because this will make little things in the house even better for the next renter!!
