"Ocean Breeze" and "Blue Marlin"
These two, luxurious, side-by-side, beach homes were custom built in 2008-2009 with your retreat/reunion/corporate event in mind. With each home at over 2300 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, and steps away from each other, your getaway is sure to be a perfect event.
Each home features an amazing open floor plan with spacious great room, kitchen, and dining room all together surrounded by ocean view windows. This open room space makes for a great meeting area with super large table (seats 10), bar seats 4, huge sectional couch, lounge swivel chairs, WIFI, all in the same room, and amazing views of breaking waves to mesmerize and stimulate your meeting/gathering.
Each home has a state of art massage chair for your relaxation after a day at the beach..
"Ocean Breeze" & "Blue Marlin" are nearly oceanfront, and each house has parking for 3-4 cars right in front. The ocean is steps away as you cross the street and walk four houses down to the "NW 15th street" beach access (approximately 300 feet). Super close... we are truly located in the perfect spot!
You will never be at a loss for something to do with each home offering its own recreational room with GIANT screen TV, each house has 2 arcades (PGA Golf, Cruisin USA, Crisis Zone, Max Attack)... w/no worries...Coin operation has been disabled. Library, PlayStation 3, Wii, DVD/VCR, and stereo system. Each home features its own Air Hockey table and foosball, ping pong table. Stainless steel barbecue for all the grilling, washer/dryer, huge assortment of videos/DVDs, books, games, beach chairs, each home has two large decks with one of the decks sporting a round hot tub with ocean views and wind-protected walls for 4-6 adults. Massage chair at each of the houses...
Each of the homes feature a covered hot-tub on the 3rd floor with amazing ocean views.
When meeting and playtime is over, each home features 3 comfortable bedrooms, each with its own 32-inch TV/DVD, to retreat to. "Ocean Breeze" features a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the master and two other bedrooms have two queen size beds in each, both sofas in the media and the living room have queen pull out sleepers. "Blue Marlin" has a king size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa, one of the bedrooms has a king bed and a bunk bed and the other bedroom has a queen and a bunk. All mattresses are super comfy... pillowtop Simmons Beautyrest.
"Ocean Breeze" and "Blue Marlin" are elegantly decorated to add style and class to your event and both homes each offer the following accommodations:
* Three bedrooms on the upper floor, one with an in-suite full bath and a full size bath on the hall. Hot Tub access is from the upper floor and is completely covered from the rain.
* Mid-floor features a huge great room, dining, and a fully equipped spacious kitchen.
* Great room has a huge sectional sofa and a queen pull out sleeper.
* Downstairs has media/theater room, arcades, video games and all the game tables.
Media room has a large sectional as well and features a queen size pull out sleeper.
