The complex is called Spanish Maine which has a reputation as having spotless well kept grounds and a wonderfully clean large heated pool. This Condominium is on the third floor (building has four floors) and has an elevator. Full-size washer and dryer inside the condo.

The complex is two miles South of World Famous Cocoa Beach Pier which features open air bars, dining OVER the ocean, shops, fishing pole rentals, wave runner rentals, parasailing, and much more. And don't forget you are only approximately 45 minutes from Walt Disney World, Sea World, and all of Orlando's Magical Attractions. You are also only ten minutes from the Kennedy Space Center and you may have an opportunity to witness an incredible space shuttle launch.

Relax in the warm Florida sun by this rare oceanside heated pool and let the sounds of the ocean relax you while the soothing ocean breeze pampers you. If you get too warm, take a quick swim, and then let the warm sunshine bake the water right off your body.
