Villa Descanso is the newest "Mega House" designed with guests in mind. This Villa has ALL the features that you could possibly want when looking for the Villa that's "just right" for your large group.
The main floor is designed with entertaining in mind. It highlights indoor/outdoor living at it's finest. Starting with views of the Pacific Ocean, Lands End and waves breaking on the Finistera Beach. A fantastic Jacuzzi that can accommodate up to 10 persons, an infinity edge swimming pool with a swim-up bar. Ample lounge & deck chairs for relaxing near the pool and the deck is complete with a pergola for shade, a fire pit, and a gas BBQ area.
Staying on the main floor and inside this Villa you'll find an expansive living area that comes complete with a sports room with pool table, large great room with 46" flat screen TV, a media room with a 46" flat screen TV, oversized Gourmet Kitchen with indoor & outdoor counter seating for 9 and a 32" flat screen TV, and a dining room that seats 12.
The next floor has 4 bedrooms and a large steam shower room that will accommodate up to 10 persons.
The third floor has 5 bedrooms, more outdoor terraces with lush vegetation, an Internet cafe (Fish Tank) with multiple connections where people can hang out and check their email while they have a drink or just surf the net.
All Bedrooms come with all the same amenities which include: A/C, Ceiling Fan, High Quality Amplifier with iPod docking station, Individual Satellite receiver, High speed Internet connection, Phone (Vonage & local dialing), CD/DVD Player, Speaker System and 32" Flat screen TV. Every bedroom also has its own private full-bathroom with all the luxuries including marble showers, granite vanities,full-length mirrors and closets.
