This single family Long Beach Island Home has beautiful views of the bay from the living area and the decks but it is only 3 1/2 blocks from a guarded ocean beach. It has central air, zoned separately on the first and second level. There are two fully equipped kitchens - one on each level and there are two stacked washers and dryers - one on each level. The bay-view deck off the main living area has outdoor furniture with a shade umbrella and a new gas grill. The roof-top deck with bay view has lounge chairs and is perfect for sun bathing. There are two outdoor showers for after the beach, each with a private changing area.
This clean, bright home features 5 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Two of the second floor bedrooms have queen size beds and the third has 2 twin beds, the first level bedrooms are a bedroom with 1 queen bed, a bedroom with 2 twins . This house sleeps 10. PLEASE NOTE THAT 2 CRIBS CAN BE SET UP FOR USE IN PLACE OF 2 SINGLE BEDS IF NEEDED
Each kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, appliances, pots & pans, utensils and ample dishes and glassware. Garage allows space to store bikes, boogie boards, sand chairs, etc.

About the owner: After 35 years, I sold my Insurance Business. I have returned to auto racing after not racing for 30 years. My wife teaches deaf and hard of hearing children for the School District of Philadelphia.
Why the Owner Chose Spray Beach:
We had the house built at this location because of the beautiful bay view. We enjoy sunsets and are able to dock our boat at the end of the street and yet we are only 3 and a half blocks to a guarded ocean beach.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
On this quiet street, we sit out on the deck and watch all the boats go up and down the inter-coastal water way and watch the sun set from the middle and upper decks. They say location is the key and we have the location for bay views that you would never enjoy from many other rental properties.
