Wailea Ekahi Unit 39C is a beautiful vacation condominium in the prestigious Wailea resort area regarded as the "sunny side" of Maui.
Our condo is set up with two master suites and is ideally suited for families or two couples. Enjoy Maui's famed sunsets from two of the spacious private lanais surrounded by lush tropical landscaping.
It is a ground floor unit located on the picturesque greenbelt featuring fabulous views of the pacific ocean and the island of Molokini.
The condo is bright, airy and well appointed. The kitchen features all the amenities of home and the beds are extremely comfortable with duvets, high thread count sheets and soft pillows. We purchased this unit in the spring of 2009 and as such it has been completely updated by a professional designer with new stainless steel appliances, all new furniture, new paint & carpeting in bedrooms, new lighting and upscale lanai furniture. The master bathroom was completely redone in the summer of 2011.
We are perfectly set up for kids with beach toys, beach chairs, a crib, a highchair and games so you can leave all that at home!
We have an excellent entertainment system for your beach "downtime" including two flat screen TVs, a BOSE system, IPOD connector, video library, wireless internet and a telephone with free local and long distance calling to the USA and Canada (you can leave your cell phones along with the outrageous roaming charges at home!).
Ekahi Village is located on 38 acres of lush surroundings and includes four swimming pools, a beachfront pavilion, paddle courts, shuffleboard and direct access to Keawakapu beach where people of all ages swim, boogie board, snorkel or simply enjoy the magnificent views.
Ekahi Village is a short walk from the "Shops of Wailea", an upscale shopping and dining area and minutes from championship golf, tennis and world famous beaches.

We love Wailea and travelled here many times before purchasing our home at Ekahi Village. No matter what the weather is like elsewhere in Maui, the sun always seems to shine in Wailea. We love Ekahi Village for its beauty, lush surroundings, ocean views, beach access and casual atmosphere.

We (2 adults, 3 children) stayed here for 2 weeks at the end of December, 2011. The condo has plenty of room, is modern and in excellent shape. There is a full kitchen, and we really appreciated having our own BBQ on the patio. For a family, the washer/dryer in suite are great. There are boogie boards, an umbrella, beach chairs, cooler, beach mats and beach towels. It's a short walk across greenbelt down to the beach. You can swim/snorkel at that beach, or walk/run along the beach and the paths that connect up and down Wailea and Kihei. It is a great location. Sarento's restaurant is a 15 minute walk up the beach. We had a great meal there. Ask for a table outside and watch the sunset. The Shops at Wailea are a 15 minute walk away. Expensive, in case you are wondering. Tracy was very helpful in making the arrangements. She called us shortly after we arrived to check on us and answer any questions. I would recommend this property to a family of 5-7.

What a fabulous place you have, we loved it. Can’t think of anything negative – except having to come home too soon! You really have done a super job of furnishing the condo and including everything you could possibly need (loved the blender!). Our family of 5 stayed in this condo during the last week of June. The condo was well organized and had everything we needed, the kids were thrilled to fined games and water toys. The location is perfect with beautiful views, nice pools and a family friendly beach. We would definately stay here again.

Our family stayed at this condo the latter part of May and had a wonderful time.This was our 3rd time at the resort and the first time we rented with Tracy but it certainly won't be the last! The condo was very well maintained, clean and spacious for 4 adults. We had a magnificent view of the sunsets every night and were able to access the pool and one of the best beaches on Maui with a short walk through lovely landscaping. Tracy was very prompt to respond to all our enquiries and I would highly recommmend renting this suite. Many thanks, Tracy, for the use of a great condo!!

This was our second time in this fantastic condo and we'll be back! The kids absolutely LOVED it and so did we. We had such a great time just walking down to the beach or enjoying one of the pools. We BBQd several times - great BBQ set up - while watching the sunset. AWESOME! We have rented many condos in Hawaii and this one is SPECIAL! The location is great and the owners have thought of everything to make it a comfortable home away from home. The kids each had their own bed which was ideal. We walked down the beach to the Five Palms and Sorento's restaurants. What a fabulous way to go out to dinner! The owners have done everything right! They are easy to work with and have been extremely accomodating. I would definitly recommend their unit!

We absolutely loved this condo and the location. The description you gave was completely accurate, but you forgot to tell us we could watch the whales from the dining room window! The condo was very clean, and so well stocked with everything you can imagine available as if you live there year round. Tracy, you were so helpful with all of my questions and patient. I DEFINITELY recommend this property to anyone going to Maui, you will NOT be disappointed.

The description of the condo is exactly what we discovered on our stay. The unit has been completely renovated and is beautifully furnished. The beds are very comfortable and there are many extra touches that made our stay a fantastic experience! The owners were very professional and a pleasure to deal with.Tracy was very prompt in answering emails even over the holiday period! The grounds are very well maintained and the pool and beach area are lovely. We had a great time and would not hesitate to highly recommend this place.

My friend & I stayed in this condo Nov -Dec, 2010. We only wished we were staying longer. I've stayed in quite a few vacation rentals in Hawawii. This one is propably the nicest, cleanest & most comfortable yet. The upgrades make it feel like home, not just passing through. The owner did an excellent job of communicating with us before our trip and followed through with a minor repair while we were there. A+++++ It's a short walk to a great beach, down the grassy common area. People from condos further up the hill came down in front of this one to watch the sunsets! We have pictures to prove what a great sunset spot it is. Truely paradise found! Not only would I recommend it to others, we have rented it again when we return in the spring with extended family!
