We could not have been more pleased with this condo for a family visit/holiday in Maui. There were 7 of us , 2 children and 5 adults to enjoy this lovely accommodation. Everything from the directions when we arrived to the lovely home away from home with everything we needed. The green space was enjoyed by young and "older", as well as easy proximity to the pool and beach. The binder with info for the unit and surrounding attractions etc. was very helpful. Even the whales obliged us with there entertainment each day! We'd go back tomorrow.

Wonderful Vacation

This condo could not be more perfect. The location, views, amenities and condition of the unit were excellent. There is everything provided that any family could want. We particularly loved sitting on the lanai and looking towards the ocean, where we could see whales spouting in the distance. This is a bit of heaven on earth!

We (2 adults, 3 children) stayed here for 2 weeks at the end of December, 2011. The condo has plenty of room, is modern and in excellent shape. There is a full kitchen, and we really appreciated having our own BBQ on the patio. For a family, the washer/dryer in suite are great. There are boogie boards, an umbrella, beach chairs, cooler, beach mats and beach towels. It's a short walk across greenbelt down to the beach. You can swim/snorkel at that beach, or walk/run along the beach and the paths that connect up and down Wailea and Kihei. It is a great location. Sarento's restaurant is a 15 minute walk up the beach. We had a great meal there. Ask for a table outside and watch the sunset. The Shops at Wailea are a 15 minute walk away. Expensive, in case you are wondering. Tracy was very helpful in making the arrangements. She called us shortly after we arrived to check on us and answer any questions. I would recommend this property to a family of 5-7.

This Wailea Ekahi unit is a beautiful one , that is stocked with everything imaginable. from all the kitchenware right down to the beach chairs and toys. The owner was great to deal with and made our whole experience of staying at their unit, fantastic. She went out of her way to make sure that everything was in perfect condition upon our arrival, right down o the gift package. I recommend all three of Tracys units and can't wait to get back there again soon, Thanks again!!!

What a fabulous place you have, we loved it. Can’t think of anything negative – except having to come home too soon! Our family of 5 stayed in this condo during the last week of June. The condo was well organized and had everything we needed, the kids were thrilled to fined games and water toys. The location is perfect with beautiful views, nice pools and a family friendly beach. We would definately stay here again.

Our family stayed at this condo the latter part of May and had a wonderful time.This was our 3rd time at the resort and the first time we rented with Tracy but it certainly won't be the last! The condo was very well maintained, clean and spacious for 4 adults. We had a magnificent view of the sunsets every night and were able to access the pool and one of the best beaches on Maui with a short walk through lovely landscaping. Tracy was very prompt to respond to all our enquiries and I would highly recommmend renting this suite. Many thanks, Tracy, for the use of a great condo!!

Our family has just returned from a fabulous two weeks in Wailea. The unit was modern, spacious, and so well-equipped that we were ready for the beach from the start. This was our second time in this fantastic condo and we'll be back! The kids absolutely LOVED it and so did we. We had such a great time just walking down to the beach or enjoying one of the pools. We BBQd several times - great BBQ set up - while watching the sunset. AWESOME! We have rented many condos in Hawaii and this one is SPECIAL! The location is great and the owners have thought of everything to make it a comfortable home away from home. The kids each had their own bed which was ideal. We walked down the beach to the Five Palms and Sorento's restaurants. What a fabulous way to go out to dinner! The owners have done everything right! They are easy to work with and have been extremely accomodating. I would definitly recommend their unit!

We absolutely loved this condo and the location. The description you gave was completely accurate, but you forgot to tell us we could watch the whales from the dining room window! The condo was very clean, and so well stocked with everything you can imagine available as if you live there year round. Tracy, you were so helpful with all of my questions and patient. I DEFINITELY recommend this property to anyone going to Maui, you will NOT be disappointed.

The description of the condo is exactly what we discovered on our stay. The unit has been completely renovated and is beautifully furnished. The beds are very comfortable and there are many extra touches that made our stay a fantastic experience! The owners were very professional and a pleasure to deal with.Tracy was very prompt in answering emails even over the holiday period! The grounds are very well maintained and the pool and beach area are lovely. We had a great time and would not hesitate to highly recommend this place.

My friend & I stayed in this condo Nov -Dec, 2010. We only wished we were staying longer. I've stayed in quite a few vacation rentals in Hawawii. This one is propably the nicest, cleanest & most comfortable yet. The upgrades make it feel like home, not just passing through. The owner did an excellent job of communicating with us before our trip and followed through with a minor repair while we were there. A+++++ It's a short walk to a great beach, down the grassy common area. People from condos further up the hill came down in front of this one to watch the sunsets! We have pictures to prove what a great sunset spot it is. Truely paradise found! Not only would I recommend it to others, we have rented it again when we return in the spring with extended family! This unit is immaculate and very likely the most updated, current unit at Ekahi village. The ocean views are amazing on the green belt. The beach is minutes away and gorgeous. The furnishings in the unit are beautiful. There is ample indoor and outdoor dining table space. I was attracted to this unit from the photos posted online, and the unit looks exactly like the photos. We would love to rent from Tracy again when we return to Maui. Thank you, Tracy, for a wonderful and memorable stay!

We're back, and dearly missing the beauty of Ekahi 39C and Wailea already! Thank you for letting us stay at your wonderful place on Maui - we had a wonderful time, the kids had a blast, and we can't wait to get back to Hawaii again soon. Your condo is fantastic - fully stocked to the brim in the kitchen, bathrooms, and everywhere else. We really appreciated the beach towels, chairs, and abundance of toys for the kids. We've been staying at Ekahi Village for over 15 years. I've always said, "When staying in Maui, Wailea Ekahi Village is the most of the best for the least"! We've stayed in several different units there. After staying in unit 39-C, I can now say "39-C is the most of the best for the least at Ekahi Village" ! ! ! Its in a great location and when furnishing, decorating and equipping their place, the Whitmores' left no stone unturned. If you really want to enhance your Hawaii vacation, I strongly suggest you consider staying in this condo.

BEST VACATION SO FAR!

This place was such a retreat for our family. We had a blast. Traveling with our three children, my teenager included, we had such an amazing time. This place was truly equipped with everything you need. Games, water toys, and all the cooking utensils. Our first night we barbequed and watched the sunset from the lanai. Had mimosas on our own private lanai in the mornings watching all the exotic birds. I cannot tell you how great Tracy was in making this perfect! Ekahi village has the greatest beach where it's popular for snorkeling. We had friends staying at the grand wailea, and were able to walk there. Not only did this place have everything, but it was tastefully decorated. It isn't dated like most places. Everything from the bedding to the sofas, the equipment, and their choices of style were perfect for Maui. It was a true gem, and we cannot wait to return. !

Wonderful Wailea condo!

I don’t think there is anything we could suggest to change – the condo is beautiful, clean, comfortable, convenient, quiet and just perfect! Things we loved about the condo – beautifully decorated and very comfortable beds and living room furniture; the front door lock is handy so we didn't have to worry about who has the keys; the fully equipped kitchen; having laundry soap and dishwasher soap supplied was GREAT – we always run a load or 2 of wash and to not have to buy those supplies was very nice; the lanai with the dining table was so wonderful; the large second bedroom - which is the reason we booked this condo in the first place - the room can be set up with 1 king and 1 twin or 3 twins - which was exactly what our family needed! No one had to sleep on the pull out couch for once! We LOVED taking a morning jog along the beachfront trail - or up South Kihei Road toward the Kamaole beaches. We can't wait to go back - and hope to stay here again!

We just came back from a week in this condo in Ekahi Village. I really can't say enough good things about the condo, the owners, and the location. The condo was more than comfortable, very clean, and just perfect for my husband and our two teenage kids. The beach associated with Ekahi Village is one of the nicest in Maui. The water is pretty flat in the mornings and get waves in the afternoon when the breeze comes up. We enjoyed walking the beach in both directions. My son enjoyed running every day. There is a lot to do in Maui and this condo was the perfect starting point. I really don't think it is possible to find a nicer place at a comparable price. If you have a chance to stay here, you should.

Exceptional Vacation Rental

We had the pleasure of renting this at the end of June. The unit is as described and is fully stocked with everything your might need for your stay. The unit is clean and beautiful. We had 6 people staying at the unit and we still had plenty of space. The location was perfect for us and made it easy to get around. Everything in the unit is new and the appliances were exceptional. The washer and dryer came in handy and the owners even provided laundry soap. The pools were clean and not overly crowded. Tracy was a pleasure to work with and made sure that we had an excellent stay. This unit is perfect and we would consider staying again on a return trip.

This was a response to my question to the guests as to improvements to our condo. "Sean and I could honestly not think of a thing that your condo was missing. It was perfect for our needs. After leaving your condo, we flew to Honolulu and spent 6 nights there. It was find but we were really missing "our" condo in Wailea. Most of your neighbors were on a first name basis with our children which was so nice. Ekahi Village is truly a lovely location. We certainly do hope to return and will let you know when we can make that happen."

Our 9-day stay in 39C was incredible!! Beautiful furnishings, comfortable beds and we especially appreciated all the equipment/toys for the baby in our group. Our favorite spot was the back lanai, where we barbequed and ate nearly every night. Very family friendly; Tracy was wonderful to deal with/make arrangements for our stay. The grounds at Ekahi are beautiful and quiet; even though the walk back up from the pool/beach is fairly steep, it was do-able for us. Whale watching was really fun! We loved the beach-side walking path which started just yards from the Ekahi beach access and took us into the resort area of Wailea, with shops and dining (as well as Starbucks at the Marriott!!). We highly recommend this condo.

I am so appreciative of our time at your condo. We had one of our best vacations due in large part to the wonderful accomodations you provided. The condo came so stocked with everything we could have wanted. It is very kid friendly and the owners were kind to us. They called to check on us and provided us with a gift upon arrival of a cooler that came in handy the whole trip. I feel very fortunate to have chosen Ekahi 39C - a perfect place for our one month long vacation with all necessities provided: plenty of towels, pillows and linen in the closets, high-end kitchenware & ustensils (what a garlic presser!) with pots and pans in the bright & airy kitchen, large screen TV with a great sound system in an elegantly furnitured living room, amazingly comfortable beds in cool bedrooms... and what a lanai (with BBQ)! Here, in the shade of bougainvillas, we ate all our meals, played cards and chess, read and admired the ocean view. It's easy living here and there was no need to bring much other than our bathing suits, tooth brushes, and BINOCULARS for whale watching.

We stayed in this unit in August and loved it. The location is great - wonderful views and terrific access to greenbelt. Very comfortable and attractive furnishings and Tracy Whitmore could not have been nicer or more accommodating to us despite the fact that we were perfect strangers. We were the second guest after the owners bought this unit and started renting. We were very satisfied with our stay there. This is a newly renovated beautiful unit. Almost everything is new. The whole unit is very well decorated and appointed. It is fully equiped with almost everything you need. It also has crib, a lot of toys. It is a very family friendly, kids friend unit. You can see the sea from the kitchen, living room, and the master bedroom. It is a 5 minutes walk to the beach and the swimming pool by the beach. The whole community is clean and quiet, and well maintained. Strongly recommend this unit for your next vacation.
