  We had a great time at Villa Palermo and would highly recommend it to anyone considering it. We had a mix of ages, 2 in 70's, 2 in 50's, and 4 in mid 20's and all enjoyed the villa very much. The house and pools were in excellent condition (as good or better than the pictures). Peter with Seafeathers was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. We had a minor issue and Peter was right there to correct it 100%. The ocean views were magnificent, the bedrooms were all great for sleeping, and the inside of the house (kitchen, dining room, TV / entertainment area) were great as well. All the appliances were in excellent condition and worked well. The restaurants are very convenient on the island, not more than 10-15 mins by car. We ate at home about half the time, enjoying the ample kitchen. The Villa is not far from Grace Bay (8-10 mins by car) and a nice grocery store is only about 3-4 mins away (a little more expensive than you would expect). Enjoy!

  Villa Palermo is simply stunning, and our experience renting was nearly perfect in every way. I fear that I may exhaust my list of superlatives in writing a review that does the villa and management team justice. First the property itself. Even after viewing the VBRO site multiple times and reading the fantastic reveiws, I was simply stunned at the view from Villa Palermo's loggia, kitchen, guest cottage, and master suite - it is breathtaking. We spent nearly all of our time in the two lovely pools, lounge chairs, or occupying the comfortable seating on the loggia. Meals were enjoyed at the large outside table, which very comfortably seats eight. The grounds are clean and beautifully landscaped. We were pleased to find a quaint stone bench on the path to the swim platform, the latter of which was in excellent condition. We used the sea kayak several times and found it in excellent condition as well. The villa is beautifully designed and appointed. Bedding is new and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and provides a very large island as well as an open-air connection to the loggia. The island breezes kept the villa cool throughout a week of temperatures in the mid-high 80's. We did not need the AC at all, although it's available in each room for those who prefer cooler environs. Peter and Sally were fantastic to work with from first contact through our check-out, which came far too soon. They were responsive, professional, and provided excellent recommendations on car rental, restaurants, and excurions. My sincere thanks to both for responding so promptly to my questions and requests. This is our first time in staying in Turtle Tail after two stays on Grace Bay. We loved the peace and quiet you experience on this side of the island. Grace Bay and its ammenities are close by, but we enjoyed the peaceful view (very little boat traffic) and quiet evenings. We will be back as soon as we can, and we will arrange our schedule to stay at Villa Palermo again.

  My family of 5 recently vacationed at Villa Palermo and had a fantastic week. Not only were we greeted at the airport by Peter from Seafeathers Management, but he also provided us with a map and description of all the wonderful island activities (horseback riding, diving,sail boat excursions and restaurants). The villa was even prettier than the pictures. The pool and ocean views were exceptional, as well as the constant mild breeze and sunshine that was present each day. The location was close to both Turtle Cove and Grace Bay, so we had our choice of restaurants and activities very close by. The Food store IGA was also within a short distance to purchase food, beer or wine. The entire experience was phenomenal and it was made so much easier with the guidance of Peter and Sally from Seafeathers. I would highly recommend Villa Palermo.

  Our family of 5 had a wonderful week at Villa Palermo. The house & grounds are beautiful, upkeep pristine & the view is gorgeous! Every night a more beautiful sunset. We were just as happy to be at the house lounging by the pool, playing cards, making fun dinners as we were to go explore the island, lay on the beautiful beaches or go snorkeling. We would highly recommend VIlla Palermo for any family or group vacation. We didn't need or want for anything. We hope to come back someday with friends or family.

  Villa Palermo was the perfect place for our family vacation. We had been to Provo last year and rented a Villa on Chalk sound which was very nice but wanted to be a little closer to the Grace Bay area this year My husband, two daughters and their husbands spent a wonderful week in Provo at this Villa. The Villa was perfect allowing everyone space and yet a wonderful gathering area around the pool close to the kitchen and patio area. Peter and Sally were very helpful and gracious hosts. The pool was great allowing for lounging or swimming and there was a perfect place to swim in the ocean at the Villa. It was very well equiped and it was fun cooking in a couple of evenings and just relaxing around the pool although there are some great restaurants in Provo which we really enjoyed. The weather was great and the nights with the pool light and the moon shining overhead reflecting on the ocean was a gorgeous sight. Would highly recommend the Island and this Villa. It was truly like spending time in paradise!

  We have just returned-I have been in the travel business since 1971-we have rented houses all over-Italy,Hawaii,Anguilla etc Villa Palermo was the Best-The pools as in the photos sparkle,are easily accessible so refreshing but when you want a great ocean swim or kayak ride simply walk down the stone path to the dock on the sea,The view spectacular-sunrise greets you daily,the gardens beautiful complete with visiting hummingbirds.The house is so well designed-people can rest or play without bothering each other-privacy abounds-the bedrooms well appointed/lovely-the gathering areas comfortable be it sitting in the sofa area by the pool,at the outside eating table or inside on the cozy sofa watching any of the large collection of movies.The kitchen is the center of everything,with great views,terrific working counters,all kinds of cooking equipment so well supplied-for those of us who cook it was a pleasure-for those who did have to check-in back home the internet worked wonderfully, We were a group of 2 children 3 and 5,3 young adults and a pair of grandparents -everyone loved it!!! We would like it seems all the other guests-add a special thank you to Sally and especially Peter -the site manager-from the meeting at the airport,his introduction to the house and island,complete with an unscheduled friday night ride to the wonderful new local hospital( someone cut themselves)-Peter was available,professional,caring.He answered every question,made sure all was in working order and that we had all we needed for a great vacation. This is a special place that calls for a return visit-we only hope it will be soon.

  Our stay at Villa Palermo was fantastic!! We were a family of nine and can't say enough on how well the villa layout to accommodated us. The openess between the the kitchen and faimly area to pool deck is great and where we spent all our time.The views, ocean, pool and weatther were prefect. From jet skiing and snorkeling in front of the villa, to golf and fishing made this a special family trip. Planning this type of trip wouldn't of been possible without Peter and Sally. From my first call they responded to all our questions and accommodated our needs. As far as what to do, where to eat, or what to do, leave it with Peter he can help with that and much more. Hope you decide to stay at Villa Palermo and if you do make sure Peter lets you meet Faith.

  This was our second time renting a villa on Provo, and Villa Palermo did not disappoint. The villa is spacious, so each (three) couples had plenty of their own space and privacy. It is quiet and centrally located on the island, which made getting around very easy. The kitchen was fantastic and we enjoyed the husbands cooking for we ladies, a real holiday! Peter had everything ready for us, even a bottle of champagne chilling upon arrival. Very much enjoyed the poolside mimosas. We used the pool alot and kayaked quite a bit as well. Everything was so easy with Peter, he even moved us to this Villa as the original one we booked had major construction happening next door and he thought we would enjoy the peace and quite of Villa Palermo much better than jackhammers and cement trucks. He was right! Love the Villa, love the restaurants, love the island! Would not hesitate booking this Villa again or with Peter and Sally.

  We stayed at Villa Palermo at the end of January 2012, four couples. The villa was beautiful and had everything we could have needed and more. Peter and Sally were extremely helpful and their response time to our questions were amazingly quick. Peter greeted us with a smile at the airport. The villa was better in person then the photos show, felt very spacious and comfortable. Views were amazing. If we are lucky enough to visit Turks and Caicos again I will definitly rent through Seafeathers, so that we can see Peter and Sally again.

  My family of 4 (two adults and two teens) had the great pleasure of staying at Villa Palermo over Christmas 2011. The property exceeded our expectations (and we rent private homes abroad on holiday with some frequency) by leaps and bounds, and both Peter and Sally are the most attentively, lovely, helpful landlords we've encountered on our travels. The photos can barely do justice to the property, which is immaculately kept, impeccably serviced, and grandly situated above the ocean. Besides enjoying every second of the truly indoor/putdoor living in the villa and its 2 pools, the private, paved path leads you right to the calmest, most amazingly serene cove of ocean in about 2 mins of time. The weather on Turtle Tail is magnificent (just one short afternoon of clouds out of 7 days, where friends on the Grace bay side of the island reported clouds most afternoon) -- sunny skies, calm breezes, and low humidity. The villa is equally suited to total R&R or to entertaining, and can easily accommodate several couples or two families -- en suite bathrooms in all bedrooms make the property and extremely flexible one. We cannot recommend Seafeathers highly enough. Bravo to Peter and Sally! We hope you enjoy Villa Palermo or any of their other properties even half as much as we did.
