Named after the European town located on the northwestern coast of Sicily, Villa Palermo is a secluded Mediterranean style villa in the heart of Turtle Tail. Constant upgrades including an iPod docking station is just one of the amenities that make this villa such a home away from home. Be blown away by the breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea the moment you step outside.
Adjacent to the main house and overlooking the pool and ocean is a king-bedded master suite with its own bathroom. In addition, there are 3 very spacious bedrooms in the main house comprising of a king bed with doors that open out to the pool and ocean. There is one queen bedroom and one set of twins which can easily be made into a king bed to accommodate a total of four couples. You will enjoy making meals in the fully equipped kitchen. It not only has a large picture window overlooking the sea but a roll-up shutter with bar which, connects to the comfortable, shaded outside area.
A lounging pool is attached to the main lap pool and is ideal for small children. It is so easy to lose track of time once you are here.
Nearly one and one-half acres of well-tended landscaping makes Villa Palermo a veritable paradise. Don’t be surprised if you lose track of the days. Your vacation will go way too fast.

My family of 4 (two adults and two teens) had the great pleasure of staying at Villa Palermo over Christmas 2011. The property exceeded our expectations (and we rent private homes abroad on holiday with some frequency) by leaps and bounds, and both Peter and Sally are the most attentively, lovely, helpful landlords we've encountered on our travels. The photos can barely do justice to the property, which is immaculately kept, impeccably serviced, and grandly situated above the ocean. Besides enjoying every second of the truly indoor/putdoor living in the villa and its 2 pools, the private, paved path leads you right to the calmest, most amazingly serene cove of ocean in about 2 mins of time. The weather on Turtle Tail is magnificent (just one short afternoon of clouds out of 7 days, where friends on the Grace bay side of the island reported clouds most afternoon) -- sunny skies, calm breezes, and low humidity. The villa is equally suited to total R&R or to entertaining, and can easily accommodate several couples or two families -- en suite bathrooms in all bedrooms make the property and extremely flexible one. We cannot recommend Seafeathers highly enough. Bravo to Peter and Sally! We hope you enjoy Villa Palermo or any of their other properties even half as much as we did.

MY FAMILY AND I JUST RETURNED FROM A WEEKS STAY AT THE VILLA PALERMO. WE HAD THE BEST VACATION OF ALL OUR TRIPS TO TURKS AND CAICOS. WE WERE SO WELL CARED FOR BY OUR HOSTS PETER AND SALLY- WE WERE MET AT THE AIRPORT BY PETER WHO TOOK CARE TO ANSWER ALL QUESTIONS AND GET US SETTLED IN. SALLY ARRANGED A CELL PHONE FOR OUR STAY SO THAT WE COULD CALL THE USA AT A REASONABLE RATE- THEY MADE OUR STAY SO EASY- ALL WE HAD TO DO WAS RELAX AND ENJOY OURSELVES. WE PLAN TO RETURN TO TURKS AND CAICOS NEXT YEAR AND WOULD LIKE TO STAY AT VILLA PALERMO AGAIN- THE PHOTOS REALLY CAN'T DO IT JUSTICE-IT IS SIMPLY UNBELIEVABLE. WE SPENT MOST OF OUR TIME OUTDOORS ON THE VERANDA OR LOGGIA- THE VIEWS AND THE COLOR OF THE SEA ARE SO BEAUTIFUL. THE VILLA HAS A WELL EQUIPPED KITCHEN SO MOST MEALS WERE IN HOUSE. WE SWAM OFF THE DECK IN THE BACK OF THE VILLA. IT WAS PERHAPS 4 TO 5 FEET DEEP IN EARLY DECEMBER- CLEAR AND CALM SEAS IN THE BACK YARD. AT NIGHT, WE SWAM BY MOONLIGHT IN THE POOLS. THERE IS ALSO A SANDY BEACH JUST UP THE ROAD FROM THE VILLA- THIS WAS OUR VACATION. THE ONLY THING I CAN THINK ABOUT RIGHT NOW IS HOW BADLY I WANT TO RETURN THERE.

We stayed at Villa Palermo for 15 days in July 2011. The villa was beautiful, private, quiet, spacious and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped as were the linens in all the bedroom suites. The views were magnificent with a vibrant turquoise ocean just steps beyond the pool. It is as lovely as the pictures. Truly breath taking! The management team (Peter and Sally) were charming and genuinely happy to help in any way. We loved the island; there was so much to do. We would certainly recommend the villa to a friend and would love to return.

We stayed at Villa Palermo for a week in March and loved the setting! Our group included two families of four, and we had more than enough space to play and relax. Villa Palermo has such a private location overlooking a stunning ocean. This villa is even more beautiful in person. We could not have been happier. Peter was a pleasure to work with both before and during our vacation. We truly appreciated Peter meeting us at the airport and allowing us to follow him to this exceptional property. Without hesitation we would recommend Villa Palermo to anyone looking for privacy, serenity, cleanliness and all the amenities you need to make a memorable vacation!

My family and I stayed at Villa Palermo for a week and LOVED it! Working with Peter and Sally was a delight - they were quick to reply to questions, Peter greeted us at the aiport and made sure things went smoothly all week at the Villa. The Villa itself was beautiful - the kitchen was very inviting and the views were amazing. Very clean and well kept. We would absolutely return to T&C and Villa Palermo!!

Visited with family and 3 young children (4mths to 2.5yrs) for 10 days. Place was perfect! The large kitchen opened up to an outdoor shaded sitting/dining area that was steps away from the kiddy pool, and there was lots of space. All this with unbelievable views(the pictures don't lie) and privacy. The managment(Peter and Sally) was extremely helpful both pre-trip and during our stay, and having Mary-Lou come in each day to help tidy up allowed us to enjoy every minute of our stay. Hopefully we'll be back again sooner than later!

I have been to many places in the Bahamas and this villa rates as my absolute favorite of them all. Stunning views, two pools that match the color of the sea, very well equiped kitchen, GREAT showers (a rarity!), terrific and very helpful property managers and a perfectly maintained home. Cannot wait to come back!

The views were absolutely gorgeous. You couldn't ask for more, having the pool and the ocean out our back door. The house was perfect for our family vacation. Plenty of room to spread out, yet great areas to come together and hang out. The caretakers were very helpful, always giving great advice on things to do, and places to see. I can't wait to come back!
