Extremely well-maintained 3-bedroom ranch on 1/2 acre that is just a 100 yards walk from Petty's Bight beach on the gin clear waters of Long Island Sound. Large landscaped yard with shade trees and privacy.
ATTENTION: This has been our first year renting and demand has exceeded our expectations. If you can book early for fall, we will honor current rates (as of 6/27/09). ON AUGUST 1ST RATES WILL INCREASE SIGNIFICANTLY AND AVAILABILITY WILL BE LIMITED. The Fall Season is very popular on the North Fork as the weather is beautiful, the water is warm, the vineyards are ripe with grapes and the wineries are in full swing. Don't wait to book! We use the house quite a bit ourselves in the Fall!
The house features an octagonal addition that is bright and airy, with water views and a futon for guests. An adjacent deck with Weber propane grill for outdoor dining.
