Located in the heart of Rome in a characteristic area, rich of historic culture, on a pedestrian square, full of shops, restaurants, a pastry, a bakery, a health food store and a fruit shop.

Very close to the Synagogue and the ancient "Tiberina island" on the Tiber River that leads to the area of Trastevere. A 5 minute walk from the Pantheon. It is well connected and situated between the Vatican and the Colosseum.

The apartment is located on the second floor of an ancient Roman house of 1700 AD, with no elevator. Recently renovated, maintains the characteristic wooden ceilings, typical of the Roman mansions.

This sunny apartment is composed of an open space with a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, one double bedroom, one bedroom with a French bed, a single bed and a small balcony, and finally there is a bathroom with a bathtub. Air conditioning, TV, radio included.

MINIMUM NIGHTLY RATE: High season €200; Low season €180.

MINIMUM STAY: 2 NIGHTS

Last Minute: All bookings made within 1 week from now shall be discounted 20%

A deposit in the customer currency equal to 200 € is necessary. This amount will be refunded upon check out, provided everything is in order.

From 20:00 up to 23:00 an extra fee of 25€ is due.
From 23.00 up to 08:00 an extra fee of 50€ is due.
