The surfboard-inspired bunk room sleeps 4 in 2 sets of built-in bunk beds all with their own separate flat-screen media wall. A queen bedroom is just down from the second floor covered veranda with swinging outdoor porch swing. And finally, the second floor Master suite is quite comfortable with a king bed, bathroom with separate vanities, large mosaic glass shower and a most beautiful view of the water right outside.
The third floor is truly the treat of the house...easily accessible, this sitting room offers full view of the Gulf of Mexico shore line and the soaring rooftops in the quaint community of WaterSound Beach. Separate carriage house is complete with a comfortable pull-out queen sleeper sofa, media wall, fully-stocked kitchenette, and large bathroom with walk-in shower.
Private members only Beach Club privileges are certainly an option. Golf carts are available to rent along with 4 bikes parked in the garage and ready for a quick trip down the boardwalk.
All 5 bedrooms are equipped with TV's, DVD's, and high-end comfortable bed linens for your enjoyment and relaxation.

The Unique Benefits of this House
This is a community like no other. My family has chosen this beachfront property as our second home because it is so wonderfully close to all that the beaches of Santa Rosa area has to offer as it relates to shopping, restaurants and activities, but the relaxed and un-crowded feel and naturally-preserved beauty of WaterSound and its world famous beach cannot be duplicated. The Beach Club is truly a gem.
