Accommodation: The casa comfortably accommodates up to 10 in two identical bedroom wings. Each wing has a master bedroom and a secondary bedroom separated by a large shared bathroom. The master bedrooms have a king-sized bed; the secondary bedrooms have a double and a single bed. All bedrooms are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning. All linens and towels are provided.
Great Room: This spacious great room includes dining and entertaining areas. Large screen doors open on to the pool and a panoramic view of the ocean. The dining table comfortably seats 12 and has an adjacent wet-bar equipped with a refrigerator and a wine rack. Breakfast bar for 4 is located on the pass-thru to the fully modern kitchen. The powder room is conveniently located at the front door. The lounge area includes a 42" plasma TV, satellite reception, and a large library of books, movies, and games.
Pool Area: Cool off in the 10m x 5m infinity salt-water pool. Outdoor dining and entertaining are complemented by the barbeque rancho with sit-up bar, and the covered gazebo designed for dining, lounging, and, occasionally, whale-watching. Access to the washroom is convenient to the pool. Pool towels are provided.
Casa Staff: Included in the rental are the services of the casa staff, Ana and Freddy, who have a private apartment in the casa. Ana provides meal preparation, housekeeping, and personal laundry. Freddy maintains the pool and the property. Ana and Freddy are available six days a week. We suggest that you experience one of the several excellent restaurants in the area on Sunday, their day off.

- Oceanfront: Enjoy the panoramic view of 3 beaches from the casa. Whales, porpoise, and turtles and frequently observed. Also, shrimp boats, lobster fishermen, and many see birds.
- Mountain View: Wonderful mountain view from the back of the house. The area is known as a forested desert and has many different flora and fauna according to the season.

- Telephone: 2 telephone connections: one for telephone, the other for dial-up internet--but you have to bring along your laptop.

We travelled extensively to find a haven from the Canadian winters. We discovered Costa Rica in 1992, and immediately bought our vacation property. We commenced building the casa when we retired in 2006, and completed it in 2007.
