House can sleep 6 adults; there are 3 bedrooms (king, queen and 2 twins) and a bath on the lower level. Also, each bedroom has cable TV and overhead fans. On the second level, there is a great room with an open floor plan (lr, k, eating bar, dr) and a half bath. Also on the second level are two large decks - enjoy breathtaking sunrise/sunsets views, as well as, views of point Judith Breachway, Block Island Ferry and Block Island.
There is also a large private outdoor (h&c) shower.
Located nearby (20 - 40 mins) are: Watch Hill, Mystic Seaport, Newport, Point Judith and the Block Island Ferry, Foxwood Casino, Mohegan Sun Casino and many golf courses.

Why the Owner Chose Charlestown
We enjoy salt water bathing and sunning. Also - the salt water smell of New England beaches is a joy to experience. The surf and sand at Charlestown beach is exceptional. Access to the salt pond is a novel experience - kayaking, clamming and fishing are readily available. The Rhode Island beaches are a definite location to be 'at' during the summer months.
The Unique Benefits of this Beach House
Nothing beats cocktails at sunset on the deck overlooking Ninigret pond - followed by a lobster dinner.
