Stayed here w/ my 11 year old. We parked the car for 4 days and explored on foot, metro and bikes. Used the newly renovated pool and sauna each morning. Cooked some breakfasts. A great place to say.

My wife and I were quite happy in this smallish studio apartment. It was very clean, comfortably furnished and relatively quiet. The location is a short walk (10 minutes) from the Beaux Arts Museum and the Guy Concordia metro stop. Pavel was very friendly and great to deal with. He oriented us to the downtown area, told us where all of the local markets were and was a pleasure to talk to. We will definitely being staying here again on our next visit to Monteal.

I had a wonderful experience staying here! It was very clean with everything that I needed. Fully equipped kitchen for all cooking needs. Very comfortable bed and clean sheets. Expectations are made very clear by the owner at the beginning and are easy to follow! Owner very helpful in answering questions and recommending things around Montreal. Walking distance to the nearest metro. It was home away from away! Would definitely recommend it to anyone!

My daughter stayed here while doing an elective at Montreal General Hospital. Location was excellent in a beautiful neighbourhood, close to all amenities. Building and apartment were clean and well maintained. Would recommend this for any medical student or resident. Will plan on staying again next time one of us visits Montreal again.

I highly recommend this studio apartment located in a charming building and location just a few blocks from steps and winding trail leading to top of Mont Royal Park and Chalet. I found jogging at the end of the day a beautiful way to unwind, enjoy nature and other runners and bikers, and have an impressive view of the city and river. I drove to Montreal alone to see the city and practice my French and have benefitted. I found accessing the Metro fun and easy. I took in all the main attractions using Frommer's Montreal & Quebec City For Dummies. Paul was very helpful and attentive to my questions upon arrival. Best of all I found I could park at the building for $10 per day. Of course, with close proximity to downtown and the Metro I left my car parked the whole time. I hope to return to Montreal another summer and return to this studio. I recommend it for singles like myself or couples for a charming and convenient location. I was pleased to find a small grocery store just up the block and around the corner. The apartment is well supplied for cooking and the elevator is great. You will be pleased too!

A great location, and good value. Clean, bright apartment, and quiet neighbours. The pool area could use a little make over, but it was a real bonus to have a private swim each morning…and a sauna! I would definitely stay again.

My boyfriend and I were visiting Montreal for the first time and needed a place to stay for the week that was affordable and close to the city and we couldn't ask for anything better than this cozy studio apartment. It was the perfect size for us as a couple and was extremely affordable. We were met by the owner, who was very helpful and welcoming to us first-timers to the city. The apartment was clean and was accurate to the photos. I would definitely recommend this studio apartment and we will hopefully be able to book this again for next year! Thank you for having us for the week in Montreal!

I use the quidelines for my review Was the listing description accurate regarding the location? YES Did the listing photos accurately reflect the rental’s appearance and amenities? YES Was the property clean and well-maintained? YES Was the owner helpful in answering your questions or concerns? YES. Quite professional. Would you recommend this property to a friend or relative? YES What nearby activities, attractions and restaurants would you recommend? I went for work. It's very conveniently located, close to Concordia, walking to McGill and direct bus to UdeM. Otherwise lots of restaurants and shops within 10 minutes walk. Close to Mont-Royal. I hesitated between 4* and 5 just because, one should not expect the full service of a hotel (bring your own soap, shampoo and perhaps even towels and sheets in case you're staying for a long period of time). They are provided by the owner but you may want to bring your own. The other thing that could be improved is more flexibility on the check-in check-out hours without a surcharge. All in all, I would definitely recommend it.

We would highly reccomend staying at your studio apartment. The location is just a block from rue Sherbrooke in downtown Montreal and three blocks from Musee' Beaux de Arts. We recently stayed in a room that had a nice kitchen, front room, double bed, nice flooring, nice sunken bath tub, clean bathrooms, internet, downstairs indoor pool, just thinking about it makes us want to plan our next trip. The apartment was in a great location, it was clean and comfortable, and my husband and I would stay here again if we go to Montreal. The owner was pleasant, helpful and accomodating. He met us at the apartment and ensured we were settled, and he provided information about metro, restaurants and attractions. This is good value for the money.

I stayed in the apartment for 3 weeks. You could not ask for a better location as it is close to EVERYTHING, yet on a very quiet and safe street. The building is safe/secure and every day maintenance is done. It was nice having nicely landscaped grounds, clean floors, windows, and elevators to walk through on the way to the apt. Paul was very attentive to all questions and concerns. The apartment was clean prior to my arrival and it was nice having laundry on the same floor. One very important thing is parking. If you have a choice, DO NOT bring a car, as the limited street parking is both confusing and expensive and almost anything is accessible by walking, transit, or even Bixi (bike rental). All the streets are zoned for locals-only and you will get tickets if you park there. If you must bring your car, then just pay the daily rate to park at the building and save yourself the hassle. After 4 days I gave up and just started parking my car at the apt...:-).

My mother and I really enjoyed our 1-week stay at your studio apartment in Montreal. The studio was spacious, nicely furnished and well organized. The building is very well maintained, clean and quiet. Thank you for your kind and efficient service. I was very much impressed by your professionalism and punctuality. I will certainly recommend this apartment to my many friends and family that come to Montreal for short stays.

A perfect choice for visitors who want to be steps away from the entertainment. cultural, shopping and budget or luxury eating choices of Montreal's traditional bilingual downtown. And a block or two from the major bus and metro (subway) lines. Perfect, because the apartment is located a few minutes' walk from all this-- but on a quiet residential street. The studio was clean, tastefully furnished and well equipped and maintained during my recent stay. The owner was helpful and very pleasant to deal with-- I highly recommend it.

My daughter got accepted to Concordia University and we planned to travel to Montreal in mid August. Being afraid that we will stay “on the street” in the middle of a tourist season in Montreal, we immediately contacted Mr. Paul. He acted very professionally and led us in every step to our “cozy place downtown”. Upon arriving, we immediately fell in love with Montreal and “our” little flat which looked exactly the same as on the pictures from the website: very clean and tastefully furnished. It

It's really your home away from home; I stayed in the apartments for two weeks, and I have to admit it was one of the most comfortable and enjoyable vacations I have ever spent. The apartment is right in the center of Montreal, minutes away from the metro, and close to convenience stores, supermarkets, and stores. Paul is very helpful and can assist in providing extra services such as internet, and transportation to and from the airport. The place is safe and quiet and has everything you need to
