The condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Each bedroom has a walk in closet. Master bedroom has a nice view of the Gulf and a double vanity bathroom with tub and shower. It has a king size bed. TV and DVD. Second bedroom has a queen size bed, walk in closet and its own bathroom and TV, The third bedroom has two twin beds, walk in closet and bathroom. We also have two roll away beds. The unit will sleep up to 8 guests. Fully equipped kitchen, microwave and frig with ice maker, dishwasher, electric range and oven.
This is a large condo, about 2,000 sq. feet with a large furnished deck overlooking the Gulf. We have a two car garage.
The pool is heated and it has restroom facilities.
Spacious and comfortable, private and safe. Right across from the beautiful Miramar beach and one block away from the famous "right on the beach" Pompano Joe's restaurant.

Why the Owner Chose Pavilion Palms
we chose that location because of being right on the beautiful Miramar Beach and it is so close to the major Destin attractions, shopping areas and restaurants like Pompano Joe's, Captain Dave's and The Crab Trap. This is not a crowded busy high rise building, but a quiet residential community. Love my condo on the top third floor of the building with such a large deck overlooking the Gulf.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
enjoy the privacy of this complex. This is a large 3 BR and 3 BTH unit ( about 2,000 sq feet) with a dedicated 2 car garage and a nice heated pool with restroom facilities. The elevator comes right up next to our front door. We have a large washer and dryer and the unit is fully equipped. We keep it in mint condition for our family and guests to enjoy. .

We just returned Saturday from a week in the condo. Some of my family were concerned because of the public beach and road to cross. Everyone had to agree both were not a problem. The public beach was always less crowded then the private beaches that had sometimes 3 rows of chairs deep. Crossing the road was never a problem because the cars always stop for you. The condo itself was very large and immaculate. The handle of one of the toilets was broken and Juan sent someone right away to fix it. The pool felt like it was our private pool as no one was ever in it. It is also very quite. The balcony is hugh we spent evenings and mornings there. We will return next year.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, pet owners, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This condo is awesome. It is extremely spacious and very nice. It is only a short walk to the beach. It was a good value for the price. We had 6 people and had plenty of room. The kitchen is great and has everything you need. We loved it and would rent again.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in late May 2011. The condo was very clean and perfectly maintained with all the appliances/equipment necessary for a vacation (including some beach equipment in the garage.) The condo complex is extremely nice with lovely landscaping and a beautiful pool which our younger children loved. The beach (just across the street) is one of the nicer beaches of the Destin area. The condo owners were very helpful in making the necessary arrangements and everything went as planned. I would certainly remmend this condo to anyone including a family with children of any age.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This is a wonderful condo! We really enjoyed our week with our teens for spring break! Juan and his wife were easy to work with. The condo was very nice and comfortable. The balcony was great! We loved this area and can't wait to come back! Pompano Joe's was so close and we would go there for a late afternoon snack before we came off the beach. We walked every morning along the beach. We also ate at Fat Clemenza's.. definitely a great find! This is a great location with access to the beach and some awesome shopping and restaurants. I would definitely come back to this location!
