This beautiful Mexican-style condo has extensive tile work, is nicely furnished, fully-equipped and comes with twice-weekly maid service. Both bedrooms have queen beds and french doors leading to small private balconies. The building is in a safe and charming neighborhood on the fringes of Gringo Gulch. The tiled terrace overlooking the Bay of Banderas is abloom in bougainvillea thanks to our live-in caretaker and gardener, and has a heated swimming pool, chairs, chaises and tables with umbrellas.
The rooftop deck has spectacular views of the whole bay and the red-tiled rooftops of downtown Vallarta. A few short blocks away is the ocean walkway, restaurants, cantinas, art galleries, cafes and shopping of all kinds.

Year Purchased: 2009
We are a Canadian couple who fell in love with Mexico in the mid-1980's and knew that someday we would buy our retirement home there. We are not able to live there fulltime yet but in the meantime are happy to share it with other Mexico-loving guests.
