Well, what can we say that hasn't already been said! What a marvellous property with all the amenities of home and then some! Incredible views including sunset and whale watching, amazing hospitality, a well stocked condo making for limited packing and luggage, and an overall carefree vacation experience. We will revisit Puerta Vallarta in a heartbeat AND will absolutely stay in Ibiza as our hosts Dave and Ellen were amazing, along with Eric who made our stay care free. My daughter and I stayed here for a week and found it very very nice. The caretaker, Eric, is very helpful and fun to talk to. The view from the terrace was spectacular, especially when the fireworks displayed from the pirate ship nightly. I would definitely vacation here again.

This is one of the best condos we've stayed in. The Owner provided a welcome brochure upfront with recommendations from massages, best beaches to gourmet restaurants. Even beer was left in the refrigerator and a cell phone was provided for local calls. The unit exudes with the charm of old Mexico, and the sunsets from the rooftop garden were absolutely incredible! We were surrounded with gourmet restaurants, and had scrumptious meals every day. We would definitely come back.

I was fortunate enough to be invited to join my friend during her stay in Ibiza 5. I spent a fabulous time, February 25, 2010 to March 5, 2010, in this lovely unit. This was my first stay in a condo, I usually stay in 4 and 5 Star Hotels and I can honestly say this was comparable. Beautiful, breathtaking views-roof top deck personal favourite, comfortable, clean, friendly and hospitable accommodations. EXTREMELY well equipped, right down to an assorted cache of books in case you forgot to pack your own. Minutes to the beach, bars, restaurants, shopping and yet still retaining its quiet and private charm. If you are lucky enough to stay here when the owners, Ellen and Dave, are in residence in their downstairs unit, you will have built in resources for dining, shopping, etc, and if you are interested, they'll each you how to play Euchre. Eric, the on site caretaker, always greets you with a smile and a kind word, while taking excellent care of the garden and pool. Whether it’s your first or tenth time in PV, you will not be disappointed by staying here.

It was my pleasure to stay in Ibiza 5 - February 10th through March 5th 2010. Although I had originally planned to stay in another condo, fate intervened and I was directed to this gem. The condo is a very sweet traditional Mexican space with stucco walls, Mexican tiled floors and windows everywhere looking out to the city below with its red-tiled roofs and the ocean. Because you are on the hill, the breezes come off the mountain in the evening and from the sea in the mornings. The condo was VERY well equipped, was lovely and light and I couldn’t have been happier with the choice, all the comforts of home and then some. I absolutely loved my landlord and neighbours, truly lovely people. There are a multitude of bars and restaurants within close proximity, all in all, a fabulous location. Thank you Ellen and Dave, I had a wonderful holiday and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

To add to the comments of my wife, Laura: We loved Ibiza condo. A spiral staircase takes you into the unit. Beautiful natural light flows in and at night the wall lights on dimmers make for romantic evenings. Charming tiled floors and ceiling fans are throughout. It's beautifully furnished in an authentic style. We prepared wonderful dinners for friends in the fully functional kitchen, where everything works! We were fortunate that the owners, who also have the unit downstairs, were present during our stay. They are fun, very friendly, not at all intrusive, and a great resource if you need advice on dining, shopping, how to get around, etc. If you're like us, spending hours on this site reading various property descriptions and looking at the photos, trying to make the right choice, you can stop here. This is the perfect place to enjoy the magic of Vallarta!

My husband and I had the time of our lives in this charming, well decorated, and well equipped condo. Deck view from the bedroom was a twice daily visit~coffee and later cocktails. Saw whales there! A couple steps up to the panoramic view on roof top patio is another amazing feature. It is very close to all the best parts of Puerto Vallarta and yet it is quiet and private. Ellen, David and Eric are super nice so you will have the time of your life too!

The location affords a real taste of PV. It's very central and a 5-8 minute but steep walk from the Malecon. The walk takes you by the homes and shops of the locals. The unit shares a rooftop deck and pool and deck with five other units. Most of the time we were solo poolside giving us the feeling of staying at a private hacienda. There is a terrace off the front bedroom and you have a view of the bay from your pillow. We saw four humpbacks cruising by. All the amenities are listed on this site so I won't repeat anything other than to say a stay here is very secure and will be different from any beach vacation you have ever had. Fine dining abounds, you have a view and a pool. You're close to the action or you can step back. One thing though, you are in the middle of the sounds of old town. There is always music playing somewhere. Often from more than one source and at any volume and at ant time.

This condo was beautiful! As I am not normally the type to stay at an all inclusive this proved to me again just how wonderful it is to live like a local when traveling! The condo had everything you ever need not to mention a beautiful view from the roof top patio and a great pool to cool off in! I would highly recommend this condo if your planning on visiting puerto vallarta!

My husband and I celebrated our 5th year anniversary in PV. We stayed in this condo unit and loved it. The privacy was just what we wanted. We had the pool and sun deck to ourselves! The location was perfect because we were within walking distance of the shops and restaurants. We would highly recommend this spot to anyone who wants peace and quiet but a taste of culture and entertainment with only steps away.

My husband and I stayed here in Oct 2009 with 4 friends. We both really enjoyed the privacy of the gated building and the access to the private pool. The condo was excellent and fully equipped with anything we needed. The location is truly the best part; you are within walking distance of high quality restaraunt's, grocery stores, excellent shopping, beaches and the malecon.

I stayed in this condo recently with some friends and it was amazing! The condo is very comfortable, immaculate and beautiful. The pool and patio area are lovely and the gentleman who maintains the grounds is friendly and very accommodating. The location is also superb - it is a quiet area but also within blocks of the beach, shops and nightlife. I highly recommend staying here!!
