Nestled on almost 3 acres, there are beautiful Red Maple shade trees and Evergreens in the yard. An ideal location for long walks down the gravel lane way.
This one-level two bedroom house was built into a knoll and is earth friendly and unique. A wooden walkway and deck lead into the house. There is an open kitchen/living/dining room area. There are two bedrooms off a long corridor. Each bedroom has French Doors which look out onto the expansive yard. The furnishings are IKEA, light and cool. Each room has adjustable ceiling fans.
This country cottage is two miles from the beach and three miles from HISTORIC Tiverton Four Corners. A short walk away from the wonderful farm stand and bakery "Walkers" and is located within a mile of Sakonnet Vineyards.
