This 2nd floor unit is in the "Matera" section of the well-known gated community "Vasari Country Club". Easily accessible from airport,the unit is just past the main clubhouse on the Livingston St. side of Vasari (away from Rt 75). It is very quiet, there is no road noise. The unit is fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay. Dishes, cookware, silverware, bedding, linens, and laundry facilities are complete. Furnishings are well appointed for your comfort and enjoyment. The spacious and private lanai overlooks a beautiful water hole of the golf course. It's a tranquil setting affording gorgeous sunsets.
There are two bedrooms and two full baths. The third room is furnished for versatility and can be used as a den, office or 3rd bedroom. It has a queen sleep sofa and a desk so you can decide how to use the space. The kitchen has a breakfast bar as well as an eat-in area. The open floorplan is condusive to entertaining .
Vasari CC has a lot to offer. Club rules require Renters transfer the CC Membership for a fee of $474. Once transferred you have unlimited access and can enjoy all the Country Club amenities INCLUDING golf. You can view all Vasari has to offer on their web site vasaricc. For walkers Vasari is beautifully landscaped and very pleasant to enjoy on foot. Vasari is conveniently located 20 minutes from the Ft Myers airport and very close to loads of restaurants, shopping, beaches, parks, The Philharmonic, The International Design Center, theatres, and more. I live in the metro Washington, D.C. area with my 5 lb Maltese, Colby.
