The Tops’l Beach Resort is a 52-acre Resort that is nestled in between Sandestin Beach Resort and the 4 Mile Village Nature Preserve. The property has basketball, shuffleboard and fitness trail throughout the property along with picnic areas with grills.
It offers the very best in fitness activities and offers temporary club memberships are available at the resort for a small fee that gives you full access to tennis, racquet ball and other fitness facilities. Tops'l is conveniently located to Silver Sands Outlet Mall and the Baytown Wharf.
This 2 Bedroom, 2 bath has a oversize balcony that features a coastline view of the beach. This unit boasts a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, 2 TV's, DVD and sleeps 6 with a king, queen and queen sofa sleeper.
Our guests receive daily 1 round of golf, 1 dolphin cruise, 1 kids fishing trip, 1 adult ticket to Big Kahuna's Water Park (seasonal), DVD rentals, and track (go carts) tickets for daily and weekly reservations.
