Why the Owner Chose SoHo
We loved the location. It is a very quiet street but it is yet in the middle of the action. You feel like you live in a village but 2 blocks away, the street is buzzing with animation ... all the west broadway store, bloomingdale SoHo, dean and deluca.The blocks alternate unexpectedly between bright fashionable windows of broadway, the galleries of Spring Street and the deserted side street. SoHo is only 26 blocks and is a part of NYC that everyone must go.
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment
When walking in SoHo, you will see the most amazing cast iron building zig zagged with fire escape.
I enjoy getting my newspaper in the morning at the corner store on Prince and Sullivan then having my coffee at the little cafe called "Once upon a tart" (see picture).
I also enjoy walking through SoHo and always discover something new.
Of course, with the subway around the corner, I may go for a stroll in Central Park or Times Square to watch a movie.
