The beautiful Sam Owen home is located on the historic Hope Peninsula (game preserve) area.
Guests will discover a rich history associated with this home. It was built in the craftsman style of the day. The carpentry in the home, trim, staircase, windows and etc. will take you back to a time of quality craftsmanship.
As you look out the windows, the island you see is Pearl Island, a bald eagle sanctuary. The grand mountain range on the left is called the Green Monarchs. Sit back, relax and watch the white trimmed sailboats tack back and forth.
This is a three bedroom, two bath home that will sleep eight people comfortably. The kitchen is well appointed and fully furnished. Amenities include a stainless steel refrigerator, large stove, dishwasher, and for those of you thinking about margarita's, yes there is a blender.
A separate dining room opens into a lovely living room. Hardwood floors, beautiful rugs and fine furniture are throughout.
The spacious front deck has a large BBQ, wooden patio furniture, an umbrella for shade and exquisite sunsets that make it the place to relax and enjoy. The deer will wander up for a visit, but please do not feed them.
