Our dream came true when we purchased this second floor, double master bedroom condo in beautiful Wailea. We've rented Maui condos for years and have found that nothing compares to the lush tropical setting of the Grand Champion Villas. This condo has never been in a rental pool, so we are offering great rates in order find repeat guests.
We have been disappointed a few times with units that seemed stripped down to just the bare essentials. We set this unit up to offer exactly what we would expect a condo to offer for the utmost enjoyment and comfort. When we purchased this unit, it was our desire to make it one of the nicest condos in the complex. We feel we have succeeded by doing just that. We remodeled with fresh paint, new carpet, and brand new furniture throughout. We've just recently installed new tile and granite countertops in the kitchen and both baths. Each bathroom features an elegant vessel sink and newly tiled showers. A recent client told us this condo was nicer than any of the top resorts on Maui.
Enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the large double lanai or enjoy the 50" flatscreen TV in the living room. We provide free cable TV and high speed internet. Each bedroom offers top of the line Tommy Bahama bedding and luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets. Thick, plush Egyptian cotton towels are provided in each bath. We stocked the main kitchen with brand new dishes, and glassware as well as everything you could possibly need. Each master bedroom has a TV and its own A/C unit. There is a third A/C in the living room, but we suggest you enjoy the wonderful Maui breezes. We've just installed new screen doors that allow the tropical breezes to flow through.
This condo offers the much sought after lock out feature which provides a separate entry door into the second master bedroom. This second master bedroom has a kitchenette with microwave and small fridge. The second entry door allows two couples to share the unit but still have extra privacy. We've also included beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards for your beach enjoyment. Best of all, we have a onsight condo manager should you have a problem with anything.
The Grand Champions Villas is an upscale award winning resort complex located in the heart of Wailea on Wailea's Old Blue Golf Course and Tennis Club. This world-class complex has two crystal-clear heated swimming pools, hot tubs, gas BBQ grills, and gorgeous lush tropical gardens and flowers throughout. Grand Champion guests receive discount rates at the Tennis Club and the Golf Course.
Just a short stroll away is the elegant Shops of Wailea with numerous popular restaurants like the Tommy Bahama Cafe to choose from. You are walking distance to Wailea's beautiful swimming beaches and a spectacular paved walking path that borders Wailea's five star hotels. Enjoy the restaurants and spas at the Grand Wailea, The Four Seasons Resort and Kea Lani Resort. Kihei Town is just a few miles away if you're looking for a more laid back, casual shopping and dining area.

Why the Owner Chose Grand Champions
We've stayed all over Maui and the Grand Champs was always our favorite place. It's more secure and private with no road noise. The complex offers many smaller buildings instead of everyone in one large building. The lush tropical setting is so beautiful and well maintained. Lots of fragrant flowers and trees. The location of the Grand Champs to the Shops, walking trails and beaches can't be beat.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The complex is very private and secure but everything you need is within walking distance. The buildings are designed for privacy especially the lanais. Shops, restaurants, beaches, golf courses and the big resorts are just a short stroll away.
Kihei town is only a few minutes drive away.

Bill and Sherri Williams own and operate inland marinas in Oklahoma and Texas. We were fortunate to sell an Oklahoma marina and buy our Maui condo. We've been coming to Maui since 1997 and fell in love with the island from the start. We've met several close Maui friends and meet them there every year. We definitely plan to retire there in the future. This picture was taken on the ferry ride to Molokai.
We enjoy visiting the other Hawaiian islands but Maui is by far the best.

Had an amazing holiday in this equally amazing condo. We were the envy of all of our party as everyone agreed our unit was the best of the bunch. Decor is extremely tasteful and rivaled a luxury hotel. Couldn't have asked for a better location. Close to just about everything. Great restaurants within walking distance along with shops, beaches. Our unit had every amenity we could have asked for or ever needed. Kitchen was well equipped & everything was new. Beds were very comfortable, furniture was new and clean. One word, perfect! We will be back.

Absolutely wonderful. Beautifully decorated condo with great amenities and convenient parking. Comfortably furnished and clean (thank you!). Great location too!!!! Quiet, relaxing picturesque setting. Minutes away from beautiful beaches, great dining and shopping!!! Oh, and the pools were great as well -husband especially liked the hot tub!! We enjoyed many activities all within a short drive from the condo. We look forward to coming back to Hawaii and will difinitely book this condo again. We highly recommend this condo to anyone considering a vacation in Maui. Mahalo.

We spent 10 fabulous nights in your beautifully updated and clean condo. Everything was very well appointed. The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed, even some cooking spices, to-go containers, and baggies. The free phone, and internet made planning dinner reservations and days out very easy as well. The bedrooms were very spacious and had lots of closet space, with very comfortable linens. Having 2 bathrooms was very convenient for us (2 couples). We especially enjoyed the beach accessories (chairs, towels, mats, umbrella, boogie boards) and added an extra cooler to the collection. It was great to have the washer and dryer, just to throw loads of towels in during our stay. We also enjoyed breakfast on the lanai every morning, and had several ‘happy hours’ out there watching the sunset and the humpbacks. It’s about a 4 minute drive to the closest beach, and we actually enjoyed driving since the beauty of being in Wailea is going and trying all the different amazing beaches the South has to offer. It was an easy walk to the various Wailea Restaurants & Hotels, and the Shops of Wailea. The BBQ areas were nice, and we had no problem walking down to grill our freshly caught fish! The pools and grounds were great too, just to relax in the water or enjoy a hot tub before bed. All in all we had a great stay, and Lorraine was responsive & helpful too when we needed her assistance. Thanks again!

We had an amazing experience at your house. The remodeled house was at a much higher standard than we could expect from any hotel room and the amenities right down to cotton swabs was taken care of. The washer and dryer was a blessing. The bedding was comfortable and very very cozy (we will be heading out soon to replace ours). The kitchen was very well appointed (although we did not cook much). The view from the Lanai was awesome and we really enjoyed having breakfast there every morning before heading out. The location could not be better. Food, shopping and the best beaches and the best Luau were at a very convenient distance. Lorraine was really helpful through the stay. We have made precious memories on Maui and the cozy residence is a huge part of it. Thanks, Amit and Swaroopa
