The rear yard backs up to the golf course with a quiet and serene lake view for your privacy. Our home is sparkling new and is located in the beautiful gated resident resort named “The Quarry Golf and Resort Club”.
The unit is located on the main level (no stairs to climb. Although the pictures do not show window treatments, there are privacy curtains and shutters on all windows and doors!! We have 3 bedrooms (queen in master, queen in guest and full/queen in guest room that has an attached full bath), master has large walk-in closet, 2 1/2 baths (master has 2 seperate sinks and makeup area, large "soaking tub", seperate shower and private toilet room), cable TV, lanai, breakfast nook and a separate dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped for a simple meal or for the gourmet cook.
The Gulf beaches are a short drive down the same road that the resort is located on.
The Quarry has a 500 acre lake for power and sail boats with a fully equipped exercise facility, lap pool and lounging pool. Renters are allowed to use these facilities. A mile long beach provides a peaceful spot for privacy, picnics and tanning. The championship golf course will challenge your game no matter what level of play you shoot. Golf is not included. This is truly a first class facility!

Why the Owner Chose Quarry
It is in a gated community with a national ranked golf course and all the amenities you will need at your fingertips. The pools and work out facility are always clean and neat. Shopping is convenient .. just a block outside the property .. groceries, CVS, fast food, restaurants, hair salon, etc. I like it here because it is quiet and peaceful. The neighbors and very helpful and friendly. I travel often to Panama, NJ and Colorado ... so I rent my home when I am on the road. Take advantage of this wonderful community!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
I just love walking to the large lake, kicking around in the sand. It is large enough (about 550 acres) for boating and fishing! The work out facility has the latest "state of the art" equipment, plus a large area for "floor work". The lap pool is separate from the recreation pool. Tennis courts are well maintained. This is a first class facility!
