What we love about Stonebridge resort is how awesome and unique it is. It is one of the largest resorts in the country...3000 acres of rolling (Ozark) Mountains, streams and lakes, all secured by the 24-hour manned gates at all the entrances.
In fact, Stonebridge is more than just a resort. It has actually become a "village" with hundreds of beautiful estate homes. All the properties are kept pristine and like new and the common areas are beautifully landscaped. It is a great experience to just drive around inside this massive resort complex to see how much it has to offer.
In addition, Stonebridge is home to the #2 championship golf course in the state if Missouri (Ledgestone Golf) and rivals some of the best courses in the states.
Perhaps best of all are the people. The folks here (both resort staff and residents) are some of the friendliest, kindest people you will meet anywhere.
And that's not all. The location of Stonebridge Resort couldn't be better. If you've ever been to Branson, you know how the traffic can be. You can spend hours trying to get into Silver Dollar City or to some of the downtown attractions during peak periods. Stonebridge is only 3 miles from the Branson Entertainment strip so it's very close but you have the feeling at our cabin of being secluded and away from it all. Best of all, from here, you can drive right into Silver Dollar City and avoid all the traffic delays. In addition, we are just past the entrance to most of the Branson Bypass Routes which can take you direct to almost any attraction or show downtown without having to wait for the slow traffic through the Entertainment Strip.
Stonebridge is one of the most convenient locations in the area for traffic-free access to all the best that Branson has to offer. Now that it is gated and access is managed, it is one of the most secure locations in the whole Branson area.

We've found that most of the larger properties have many beds but little in the way of common areas. Our home has a large dining/living area on the ground level AND an equally large family room downstairs. This provides the ability to seat up to 19 people around the dinner table together for group meals as well as providing enough space (4200 sq ft) to never feel crowded.
If you love tennis, basketball, volleyball, or especially Golf, we have everything here at the resort (all year around.) Since I own property at the resort, I can get you special discount rates at the legendary Ledgestone Championship Golf course right on the resort property.
Finally, the service is exceptional at Stonebridge. It is like 5-star service at a discount price. If there is anything you need (even laundry detergent) the front desk will get if for you. If you lose a key, no problem. If you want show tickets but don't know where to go, or just don't have the time to get them, the concierge will order everything for you and have it waiting at the front desk...and all of this at no extra charge.
But best of all, when you book through us, you not only get fabulous discounts on the lodging expenses, you get the simplicity of booking just like calling a hotel and ordering a room. We fell in love with Stonebridge Resort and Branson the first time we visited in
2006. We knew immediately that we wanted a vacation property here. In fact we purchased several properties in the resort, planning some day perhaps to move here and make this property our home.
We watched with excitement as the developer built all the facilities around resort...and as he built our fabulous home just up the hill overlooking the golf course. To this day, Stonebridge Resort is our absolute favorite place to visit for vacation.
Tom's background is in Media Production, having spent 25 years running a high-end animation facility. Now our son operates the business which has transformed over the years into a web development and internet marketing company.
Kate's background and skills are interior design, a talent she puts to good use as a home staging specialist. We have shifted our attention to Real Estate, where we specialize in helping folks who are in housing distress to find a healthy and safe solution. We hook up families who need a home but can't get a bank loan (who can these days!) with families who need to move but can't sell because the banks aren't lending, or because they are under water and need help.
We both love to travel when we can. Kate loves to ride her horse and Tom loves working around our ranch in Southern California.

Our thanks for such a beautiful home to share with our families!! We've all been to Branson many times, but always endured noisy hotel guests in adjourning units, or rude management. This time, we thought a house might be better suited to the needs of our three families, which ended up being a smaller group of four adults and two young teens. We were here to celebrate the High Holy Days and so were kept busy with many worship and social activities. The weather was gorgeous, with some much needed rain right as we got there a few days before the Festival began, and the temperatures were just perfect, not the hot weather we'd endured earlier this summer. Trees were beginning to change colors but not yet at their full glory - so some lucky group is really going to get a show here this next week or two. We found this house to be as gorgeous as shown in the photos! The two teens were very impressed, one thought he was on the set of one of the various Travel & Real Estate shows on TV! Too bad I didn't have a video camera handy! As for nearby attractions - well, truthfully we were so busy that we didn't really go anywhere other than to The Landing, as well as shopping at the larger Country Mart in Branson. Some of the best meals were at Andy William's Moon River Grill, as well as Club Laredo Gourmet Mexican Cafe and Romero's Macaroni Grill (both at the Landing), and the Wasabi Japanese grill on the Strip. My family and I had a chance to grab a lunch inside Stonebridge at the Treetop/Ledgestone Grill. That was a nice meal, although a bit odd not having any others dining there (I think we were a source of amusement to the somewhat bored staff!). All of our concerns were addressed very promptly, and I could tell that Tom really loves this house!! It's a beautiful place and I think the house could easily have hosted a larger group! The televisions all had captioning ability. I really didn't get to check the phone out much for accessibility for deaf or hard of hearing (I just texted on my phone.). I believe the upstairs master bath would be somewhat accessible for walkers, maybe wheelchairs (didn't measure doors!). Would need a transfer seat for the tubs. Downstairs not accessible other than around the hill behind the house to lower level. In years past, we would have placed a higher emphasis on accessibility due to the needs of a family member, so I'm used to checking that out - sorry!

Incredible place for a quiet getaway. It just warmed up for us into the hi 60's low 70's. During this time frame there werent too many vacationers so it was incredibly peaceful and quiet. Fish were biting and we caught a few crappie. Wonderful location as the cabin backs up to a small lake and is adjacent to a small communit y center where you can play volley ball, basketball and have swings and slides for the small kids. The cabin is very clean and has all the amenities that you would hope to have. We used the fireplace for a couple of the nights as it did get cool in the evening but it made for a cozy evening. Very picturesque drive from the entrance of the resort to where the cabin is at. Rolling hills with trees abound! Just gorgeous for our long walks that we had. We have 2 teenage boys who typically say " we are bored, isnt there anything else to do?" On this trip there was none of that boredom at all. if anything they slept alot as we had plenty of fresh air to help promote peaceful and restful nights. Downtown branson is definitely about 10 iinutes away as wellas the big lake. Everything is very easy to get to. Tom was very accomodating and great to work with during the rental process. We will be looking to see if we can come back again in the late August early September time frame to enjoy Branson again as well as the cabine :)

We had a group of 8 with us and had plenty of room. The downstairs closets are so big that you could put a queen blow up mattress in both of them. The house had everything we needed and was very peaceful. I would stay there again.

My family recently rented this home for a Memorial Day weekend family reunion. We found the accomodations to be PERFECT for the 14 of us who were there. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare large family meals, the gas grill on the patio was used several times, and my dad (patriarch of the family) spent almost the entire weekend relaxing on the screen porch enjoying the fabulous view. It was very convenient for those who wanted to visit Silver Dollar City, we could walk to the pool, and some of our group enjoyed the golf course (where they had great sets of rental clubs). We will definitely try to come back!

This is a great place! Very close to everything, but very quiet and peaceful. There is plenty of room in the house, and the screened in porch is fantastic. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
