Our family of five (all adults) had a great time at this beautiful home in the Sunbeam Estates subdivision. It was within walking distance of Main Street and the Breckenridge Brewery, which became our "neighborhood pub." The location was an excellent base for exploring all of the towns in Summit County, and was an easy access to the South for our rafting trip on the arkansas River. The home was lovely and the flow of the living/dining/kitchen and wet bar was perfect for a small dinner we gave for a few of our local friends.One bright part of our stay was the terrific service and immediate response from Carrie, the manager of the property, who helped save our family meal preparation by providing us with a few necessaries which were not available in the owner's kitchen. She was incredibly helpful whenever we needed information about the area or the house. We would recommend that the owner purchase a gas grill for the deck as it would be much utilized in the summer months. Our entire family would highly recommend this property for your next visit to Breckenridge!

We had such a relaxing and wonderful weekend. The house is beautiful and the accomodations were very clean and comfortable. The house is located in such a convenient location. It is in walking distance to downtown, great restaurants, grocery shopping, hiking trails. We would definately recommend this location to others.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Sunbeam Estates. The property is luxurious and a wonderful retreat after a day of skiing. The master bedroom and bathroom are spacious with a steam shower...Great for sore muscles. A great property for 2 couples or a family as we did not use the third bedroom. The bus was one block away so no need for a car during the cold winter nights. Also Cari was very helpful and a great liason with the property.

"Something for everyone!" This house was just gorgeous and contained something special for every member of our group. For the young adults, the video games, hot tub and location to Main Street was the best! For the older adults, the attention to detail like the spa shower and master bedroom fireplace were much appreciated! To top it all off was the spacious and well-equipped kitchen which was a pleasure to cook Thanksgiving dinner in.
