The living room, kitchen, bedrooms and pool deck have ceiling fans. The living area has a 42 inch LCD HDTV with Cable TV, DVD, Ipod dock and wireless internet. There are LCD TV/DVDs in the Master suite, Queen suite and one of the twin bedrooms.
The house is located on Briarwood, a sought-after gated community with 24/7 security. Briarwood is just a 10 minute drive from downtown Naples with beautiful white sand beaches, upscale shopping, dining and golf courses and there are friendly parks with lovely green spaces and recreational facilities for sports enthusiasts and picnickers alike. It is only a short distance from the Everglades.

We've been vacationing on Briarwood for a few years now. When we got back home to the UK, all we could think about was when could we get back! In 2008, we bought our beautiful house on Briarwood.
Why the Owner Chose Briarwood
Briarwood is a desirable beautifully maintained community framed by its lakes and royal palms. We feel relaxed as soon as we get there. We love this community for its nearness to Olde Naples and the beaches. There's a large Publix supermarket, Walgreens, Starbucks and Blockbuster DVD rental shop just 5 minutes drive away, which is so convenient when you're on vacation. There's a range of restaurants close by from fast food all the way up to fine dining. Then there are several shopping malls nearby plus Coconut Point and Miramar Shopping Outlet Mall are only a short drive away. If you play golf, Naples has everything you could hope for.
