The villa is located to the South of the Island close to Syvota harbour, in a heavenly place, in the shade of centenaries olive-trees and facing the mythic islands of Ithaca and Képhalonia. The sheltered anchorage at Syvota makes it a favorite with the boating set and boasts a large number of fish taverns to satisfy their needs.
From the villas an amazing panoramic view of the sea is revealed. The ever-changing natural light reflecting off the mountains of the nearby islands is enchantingly atmospheric. With some luck you see the Dolphins playing in the sea. The bright sun, vivid colors, crystal sea and golden sandy beaches, silver colored moon and the pure beauty of the untamed natural landscape- these are the features which have sculptured the emerald Greek island Lefkada.
Lefkada is surrounded by blue waters with white endless sandy beaches, mostly in the west. The east is dominated by the green Prigiponissia with its picturesque anchorages and its sandy gulfs. The safe sea and the several small islands with natural resorts on the eastside of the island offer ideal conditions for sailing, while the modern facilities for anchorage make the place ideal.
