Be one of the first couples to experience a luxury vacation at the newest resort on La Ropa Beach. Our penthouse condo would be ideal for those couples who want a special private, romantic getaway. Our penthouse suite is comfortable and tranquil, with ambience to fully enjoy your vacation...and only 300 feet from the famous La Ropa beach.
Our penthouse suite has a king-size bed in the bedroom. It has an open concept with dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with island and barstools. Air conditioner and TV with over 50 channels. It also has a large hammock and a private hot tub on the deck to enjoy the view and serenity.
The pool is 40 x 16 x 5.5 feet deep, has an area for lounge chairs and umbrellas, and a roofed area with table and chairs for relaxation, to play a game, read a book or to prepare a charcoal broiled steak in our grill. It is shared with the adjacent condo of 7 units.
The penthouse is very quiet at night. No noisy streets. We also have other suites available.
We are an easy 5 minute stroll to La Ropa beach. On the way to the beach are restaurants and a few shops. We are a 15 minute walk to La Gratis beach, though the walk is not for those who have any trouble walking. Shoes are a requirement since the path is rocky.

The Unique Benefits of this Penthouse
The penthouse is beautiful and in a choice location. Far enough from the beach that it isn't noisy but close enough to walk to. Many restaurants in the area and it is a safe area. The condo is enclosed in a locked compound. The penthouse suite is on the fourth floor to enjoy the view. It also has the privacy of a locked door on the stairs so you will not have unwanted guests when you are in the hot-tub on the deck.
