This floathouse was built in the 50's and has experienced many renovations since then, the most recent in 2009, just in time for the 4th of July Festivities of Bayveiw Daze. All 1400 square feet were re-painted, re-carpeted, re-floored, re-decorated.
This floathouse features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a large kitchen with breakfast bar and 4 person dining area situated perfectly to take advantage of the views of the lake, boats and water.
The master bedroom has the most comfortable King Bed and is decorated in masculine dark wood furniture and linens. The front bedroom also sports a very comfortable queen bed and benefits from the water views from the front of the house and is decorated in a cape cod palette of blue and cream.
The large back deck features a comfortable sitting area perfect to catch up on that favorite book and space enough to entertain and BBQ comfortably. This space also features a gate with access to the water to board a boat or cool off in the crystal clear water of Lake Pend Orielle.

Why the Owner Chose Bayview
We love to swim off the back deck into the marina which feels like your own private swimming pool, walk up to Ralphs for a morning coffee and BBQ while watching the boats and ducks float by! Bayview is central to everything North Idaho has to offer, 10 miles from Silverwood, 35 miles from Schweitzer, next to Farragut State Park It is a great base to enjoy North Idaho.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our home is ideally situated in the middle of the dock which gives the home stability. The back deck is fenced which makes it easy to relax even though we have a 3 year old running around and since we remodeled the house last year we have all the modern conveniences of home with internet, our flat screen tv, and brand new bathroom.
The Everything store in Bayview, groceries, sundries, t-shirts, ice, beer, wine, you name it and they probably have it!
Great food for lunch or dinner, fun atmosphere for cocktails and live entertainment on weekends.

We bought our home away from home to experience everything Idaho has to offer. Boating & Swimming in Lake Pend Orielle, Skiing Schweitzer & Silver Mountain, Enjoying Silverwood Theme and Boulder Beach Water Park, Relaxing on the dock, Mountain Biking & Hiking in Farragut, Bayview has it all and must be North Idahos best kept secret!! It is amazingly beautiful and quite even when its busy it has a peacefulness that makes you appreciate life and family.

We stayed in this floathouse in August 2010. It was immaculate and was an excellent locaton for day trips in the area. The attention to detail ensuring visitors felt at home was amazing. We will definately be returning. The Browns Calgary, AB
