General Description:
This home is absolutely stunning...it has everything, plus...the heated pool, the golf course, and of course the view!
Located in one of the most desirable areas of South Florida, Eagle Ridge is a private deeded Golf Community, with individually designed homes built around the golf course and surrounded by a natural preserve. The 18 hole Golf Course is fantastic, with exceptional rates, it's privately owned and also open to the public, with putting green, club house and tennis courts.
Family Room:
After a busy day, enjoy the comfortable oversized sofa/chairs in front of the stone Fireplace which provide an exceptional view to the Golf Course. There is a desk for your Office use, providing Wireless Internet DSL access, to enable you to either run your business or surf in the Sunshine!
The inviting kitchen with honey oak cabinetry has a huge island with granite top. There are stainless appliances including a regular and convection oven, warming drawer and water filtration. It is equipped with all the dishes and utensils needed to prepare that special meal. There is also a stereo sound system throughout with IPOD docking station to play your music throughout the home.
Master Suite:
The ‘Tommy Bahama’ Style Master suite provides a King Bed with nightstands, Dresser & Mirror, with French doors opening directly to the Lanai and Pool area, to enjoy the views of the 4th Green. The En-suite Bathroom is equipped with a jetted tub and separate shower, walk in closet and separate WC.
Guest Bedroom:
The guest bedroom has a Queen Sized Bed & nightstands, is tastefully decorated, has a large walk-in-closet and is next to the Main Bathroom. The Main bathroom has double vanities with granite, private WC and tub and shower with direct access to the lanai and pool.
Twin Room:
The Room provides Two Twin Beds, is tastefully decorated, and has a large walk in closet.
Den:
Equipped with a 50’’ HD Plasma TV with satellite channels & DVD player. There is a large corner sofa unit for you to relax, eat your popcorn and enjoy a movie! We have also provided a selection of Books for your use together with Chess, Backgammon, Cribbage & other boardgames.
Lanai/Pool/Waterfall: Outside, the over-sized lanai has ceiling fans, dining area, lounge chairs, Lilo’s and pool towels to enjoy the sunshine plus a Gas Grill for cooking outside the Lanai if you should wish to.The Pool is approximately 25' x 12'10'' at its widest point & is Electricaly heated.
Garage.
There are 2 sets of Golf Clubs for you to use - (ladies & gents).
There are also his & her 7 speed Bicycles (helmets also provided) that you may use if you feel energetic. & a Bar football table which you are welcome to use. It also converts to a small Pool Table/ Air Hockey or skittles table should you wish to do so.
In addition Beach Chairs & Tennis Rackets are also provided.

The house is fully alarmed and monitored for your peace of mind. The Laundry Room has a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. 2 Hairdryers, Pool Towels & even Umbrellas provided!

Why the Owner Chose Eagle Ridge Golf Club
Traveling the Florida Coastline, we found that there was something ‘understated’ about Fort Myers. It has all that Sarasota & Naples have to offer but with better Beaches & a ridiculous amount of Golf courses!
Our decision to buy at Eagle Ridge was based on two reasons:-
Primarily we had always hoped that one day we would be able to buy a property on a golf course with a view. ‘what a view’! It was the first thing we saw as we walked into the house and as we stepped onto the lanai – & we are still smiling!
Secondly we wanted to buy in a neighborhood with a homely feel .. we knew we had found that at Eagle Ridge.
The neighborhood is ‘residential’ and really friendly with most residents / homeowners having lived there for years.
We have great neighbors and everyone is so friendly from the people out walking / riding their bikes to the visits of the maintenance crews who know everyone and are only to happy to greet you.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We wanted to create a ‘home away from home’ feel, so completely redecorated and refurbished the property throughout when we bought it. According to our reviews – we have a home that looks like it should be ‘featured in a magazine’ – a great compliment to receive.
The sound system was also upgraded so that you can now personalize and play your own music via your I-Pod throughout the home.
We also tried to create a chill out Den (if you need to escape the sunshine!) where you can relax in front of the 50 inch Plasma TV with Satellite & DVD . We also now have an ever growing library of books which have been added to by a number of guests and a wide selection of boardgames for you to enjoy.
If you’re feeling energetic – then we have left His & Her Bikes for you to use also!
Now for the outside … we love nothing more than sitting on the Lanai and watching the steady stream of golfers playing the course at Eagle Ridge. We overlook the 4th Green & the 5th Tee so you are treated to all manner of golfing triumphs & catastrophes during the course of the day.
What we had not banked on when buying here was the local Wildlife.
Eagle Ridge certainly lives up to its name. You can sit & watch the Eagles soar above the course or the wading birds & occasional Pelican by the Lake.
We heard that we even have a Gator lurking in the Lake by the 5th but he has not introduced himself to us yet!

We live in the UK in the County of Worcestershire (famous for its sauce!), in a lovely home overlooking green fields & the hills of Clent.
Despite its beauty the British summer is all too short & we had always hoped that one day we would be able to buy a home in the Sun.
After searching in many Countries around the world we decided to tour the SW Florida Gulf Coast.
We arrived in Fort Myers and checked into a hotel for one night .. but ending up staying a lot longer. We fell in love with the area, the people, the fabulous beaches and thought the location was absolutely ideal for us, having a modern new airport on the doorstep.
We bought our fabulous home in Fort Myers after walking through the front door and falling in love with the house It was a little bit ‘British’ in its layout– & we knew this was the home for us.
The fantastic reviews from the guests who have rented our home, mean a lot to us. We wanted this to be not only our vacation home, but a place where guests could return year after year & have a home from home like ourselves.

This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood that is very convenient to golf, shopping, restaurants, and only a few minutes to Sanibel or Fort Myers beaches. We enjoyed the quiet pool patio with view of lake and golf course. Stock your bag with balls if you play the course because there is water on every hole. Weather was perfect here in 1st half of December - 80 and sunny with 50's to low 60's at night.

The photos are great, but the place is better than you could expect. Beautifully furnished, well set up and located in a great suburban neighborhood. Right on the 5th hole of the golf course with a view of the course and a lake. The Owner's instruction manual and box full of local information were very useful. One day it rained, so we sat on the very large lanai and watched the wading birds going after fish. The property is easy to get to and I cannot say enough to shout out our praises. This is the best home we have ever rented anywhere! This is a must-visit location. Many thanks to the owner and his property manager in answering any questions and making the rental process very easy. No complaints at all. You will not be disappointed in staying here. We certainly plan to return.

We stayed at this property for a week this July. The property is lovely and was well appointed for all our family's needs. The pool was very clean and enjoyable. There is also a gas grill on the beautiful covered porch, which is great for cookouts. The neighborhood is very convenient to the airport, golf, driving range, beaches, stores, restaurants and entertainment. The house is also equipped with wireless internet and a printer, which was very convenient. I would highly recommend the property to those looking for a great time in Fort Myers.

This house is indeed beautiful as others have stated but it is also very comfortable for small or large parties. Plenty of space, fantastic pool, terrific tv room to relax in as well as a large kitchen/living room area that makes it easy to get together as a group. Centrally located in Fort Myers, it is easy to get to and to use for day trips in the area. Quiet enough for a private getaway, yet large enough for larger parties. Excellent owner is great to deal with no matter where you live. Can't wait to go back.

We had a lovely time staying at this property - very comfortable & relaxing indeed. The property is extremely well equipped and well maintained - it really was like a home from home. It is located in a quiet residential area. Pool area overlooks golf course and lake. Appreciated the broadband/ wi-fi access. I agree in all the other great reviews written and then some... My family and I had an absolutely excellent stay in this beautyfull house. Nothing was missing and everything was very proffesional. We felt us "at home". Nice and comfortable furniture, great pool - especially for our soon, age 7, great location with a super view for both nature wildlife (e.g.snakes, turtles, eagle) and golfing. This was my 2nd visit to this gorgeous home! We loved it and would recommend it to everyone! The owner is very responsive to all of our needs, the home well-maintained and beautifully decorated throughout! All the amenties were here and even some extras like beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels which made the world of difference and even a handbook for the home and Fort Myers attractions. The HEATED pool and waterfall off the screened-in lanai is the most tranquil setting. Although we just bought a condo down in Fort Myers, I will definately be referring our out of town guests to this fabulous home!

The house is well laid out and beautifully furnished and decorated. The decor could well be featured in a magazine. We spent many happy days sitting in the lanai beside the pool overlooking the Eagle Ridge Golf Course. The scenery and bird wild life were spectacular. The bathrooms are cleverly set up to allow egress/ingress to and from the pool area. The maintenance and pool services were conducted most professionally and efficiently. This location provided us with a wonderful vacation that will be remembered for a long time. Anyone would have a lovely holiday here. Access to the airport is close by and shopping locations are also convenient.

From the beginning we knew we hit the "jackpot" with our vacation destination! The rental manual has been very useful. The home is extraordinarily maintained. The furniture is not only beautiful, but extremely comfortable. All of the amenities of home and then some. The view from the lanai is absolutely gorgeous. The wildlife and natural beauty of the Ft. Myers area can be viewed and witnessed from a patio chair! For golf lovers like us, we couldn't have chosen a more perfect paradise! The steady stream of players attempting to hit the 4th green is not only fun to watch but makes you want to break out the clubs and join them. (Which we have done several times already.) I know when we make our vacation plans for next year, we will be hard pressed to find a better location than this property. If you like convenience, you've found the right place. Close to the beaches, airport, shopping, golf, movies, spring training for the Twins and Red Sox and much, much more! It's a safe bet that we will return in the near future.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house overlooking the golf course. The waterview made for interesting birdwatching in the morning and at dusk. The master was extremely comfortable and the kitchen was well set up. The owner has compiled an extensive manual for the house which was very helpful, plus a great selection of brochures/menus for local activities, shopping and restaurants. In addition, they have a local contact for any problems. We enjoyed the bikes and took a few trips around the neighbourhood. It is a quiet development, with easy access to the airport, shopping and restaurants. I would highly recommend this property to freinds.
