This Lake front Chalet is a "Winter Wonderland." It is in the heart of the snowmobile capital of New Hampshire with miles of groomed trails and miles from great downhill skiing.
This open modern/concept home is equipped with many amenities such as a Large kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster/oven, blender, flatware for all, etc...
It has a spacious dining area joined with a large living room. The living area is Oak Hardwood flooring with 24 ft high cathedral ceilings. The backside of the house faces the lake with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the beautiful lake. Relax and sit around the beautiful wood stove. It is also equipped with Direct TV to enjoy 150 channels.
The Master Bedroom has a queen size bed, the guest room with a full size bed and both with large closet areas. The third sleeping area is The loft which sleeps 6 with views overlooking the lake.
The sleeping areas are all rugged. On the lower level is a large family room with French doors leading out to the beach. This house is privately owned and managed by my family.
Enjoy what the lake has to offer for some great cross country skiing, great Ice fishing and a lake which offers great snowmobiling leading to miles of well groomed snowmobiling trails. Bring you ice skates and shovel your own private hockey rink or skating area
Enjoy the views from the 60 ft Long deck which drapes 2 sides of the house. At night relax around the fire pit gazing at the stars rehashing the days events.
The area boosts many attractions: such as Province Lake Golf Course which is only 2 miles away. There are many hiking and mountain bike trails in the area.
The town of Wakefield has many restaurants, shops and general stores all within 7 mile radius.
Winter: enjoy the activities on the lake such as Snowmobiling, ice fishing, skating, cross-country skiing or drive too many of downhill skiing resorts such as King Pine and NH's best at N. Conway.
You can enjoy the 100 outlet/shops in North Conway, only 30 miles north on Rt. 16.
