This fourth floor unit is in the extremely well kept Sunrise Condominium.
Wake up to the sun rising over the Atlantic in a new king-size bed. Enjoy unobstructed ocean views from all living and sleeping areas. This is a large, clean, upper floor unit with ceramic tile floors in all rooms except the newly carpeted bedrooms.
The living room, with its own wet bar, seats six comfortably, including two leather swivel, rocker recliners and a matching love seat recliner. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a new side-by-side, refrigerator and many new small appliances.
There is also a breakfast bar. The dining area features a new "pub style" glass top table and chairs that accommodate six. The second bedroom has two single beds and a fold out single bed.
The master bathroom has a walk in tiled shower with new tempered glass doors and a large counter/sink area and closet that provide plenty of storage. The main bathroom has a pocket door to the second bedroom, perfect for guest privacy.
Enjoy relaxing on the spacious balcony overlooking an immaculate pool area as well as great views of beach activities and ocean. A remote control is provided to access the secure, underground parking area and your reserved space.
Whether you enjoy swimming and surf fishing within steps of the condo, great golf courses, parasailing, or shopping at the "World's Largest Flea Market", it's all right here.
Historical St. Augustine is only 45 minutes away and Disney attractions are approximately an hour. There is an abundance of great local and national chain restaurants offering a variety of cuisines.

My family stayed Aug 2010 and had the best time. It was very quiet and private but just a quick drive to Daytona. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy the beach. The views from the balcony were breath taking. We will be back again this year!

This place is everything you see in the pictures and more! I would highly recommend this Condo to anyone, regardless of what you are looking to do for a vacation. If you're looking for serenity, you can have it here with oceanviews form the condo or walking a few steps to the quiet ocean beach. If you're looking for activities, you're close to Daytona Beach and Disney World.The place was extremely clean and well maintained. Having a place with all the amenities especially a washer and dryer was an added luxury for my wife and I. We will be back here for sure. The owners couldn't be more thoughtful, honest and a pleasure to do business with.

Sewage smell in rear of building! Hole in "leather" couch. Appliances outdated in kitchen! Sliding glass door hard to open and almost impossible to lock. Pool broke down part of vacation! Owner told me there was internet and there was NOT!
Owner response:This guest left the condo filthy and in shambles. The cleaning service only charged $30. extra because of the four additional hours required to clean and prepare the unit for the next guests who were scheduled to arrive that afternoon. As a result, the above review was submitted with gross exaggerations and lies. ALL previous reviews tell you the real story about our unit. We have always done everything possible to ensure our guests have everything they need to make their stay comfortable. If there has been anything they needed, we immediately took care of it for them. We make sure the cleaning service goes to the condo the day before a guest is schedulecd to arrive to freshen the condo. The bottom line is: There's one in every crowd!!

I would highly recommend this condo for any and all families. We and our three children had a wonderful time. I was surprised to see when I got there that they already had everything we needed and more. The view is beautiful and holds true to its name! We will be back.

The condo is very large, clean, and has all of the amenities you need. The beach is great, and the pool is clean. Easy 5 minute drive to Daytona Beach where the activities, attractions, and restaurants are.

Our stay at the condo was great. Easy access to the beach, the condo was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The owner was very helpful in answering questions. The condo is in a great location within a few minutes you can reach Daytona Beach, and Flager Beach. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone for family vacations or a quiet get away. We look forward to going back again.

We had such a great time at this condo! Who needs Disney when you have the ocean in your front yard! The condo had everything that we needed...even beach toys and lounge chairs!! It was very clean and comfortable and perfect for our family vacation. We would go back again!

This condo was exactly as described and was a job to vacation in. Everything we needed was there, the unit was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and also awonderful value. The beach was excellent, and so was the peaceful atmosphere. Everything about this place was perfect and we had a great time.
