Enjoy panoramic ocean views through panel windows surrounding the master bedroom, living room and dining area in this large (1,242 sq. ft.) condo. This is a sought after 3rd floor end unit with wireless internet service and upgraded cable TV. There are large, ceramic floor tiles in all the living areas.
The living room is tastefully furnished with a flatscreen HDTV, leather loveseat and recliner and 2 swivel rockers. The 8 ft. glass doors open to a large balcony with a fabulous view of the ocean, beach and pool. A pub height table and chairs are provided so you may enjoy your coffee while watching dolphins swim by.
The master suite features a king size bed with euro top mattress, TV, plenty of closets, a mirrored dressing area and a full tiled bath.
The kitchen has everything you need for a satisfying stay. It's equiped with all appliances including dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave. All small appliances are provided including a Keurig coffee maker.
The dining area table seats 6 people. There is also a large breakfast bar with four comfortable counter height stools. The dining table is in a bowed window area that is available only in end units.
The second bedroom has a new and unique Murphy bed and built in cabinets. This queen size, comfortable bed folds away so the room is usable for an office or extra TV room when you don't have visitors. Enjoy the privacy of a second bath and hall door separating the second bedroom and bath from the rest of the condo.
There is an in-unit utility room with a full-size, stackable washer and dryer and great storage.
This is a clean condo in an extremely well kept building with reserved, covered parking adjacent to the secure front entrance. You'll enjoy the club room just off the building lobby which is tastefully furnished with dining tables, a big screen HDTV and a piano. Wireless internet service is included here also. Our third floor beachfront location lets you enjoy all the sights and ocean sounds that make the Florida lifestyle special. The beachfront swimming pool is only steps away so you can enjoy the sights and sunbathe in comfort.
There is a full-time, on-site manager who ensures the common areas are clean and well maintained.
