Rendezvous is the perfect getaway for friends or family that want both privacy and time together.
There are 2 cottages joined together by a shared stairway. Each has a deck with river views. There is nice shared yard with steps cut down to the dock. You can sun and swim there! Shared hot tub. Let the fun begin! Each cottage has queen beds and a queen pullout couch. Good amenities and great kitchen space in each. The cottages are both charming and comfortable. The one bedroom has a gas fireplace and the two bedroom a pellet stove for cozy evenings. Your well mannered dogs are invited to join you for your getaway. Decor is Tropical in theme.
This is a great place to stay quietly together or use to go wine tasting, antiquing or other shared pleasures. Each cottage may be rented separately or together. We welcome longer term stays and offer great linger term rates! Please call us for details.

The Unique Benefits at this House
Go to one of the many local river beaches. Drive 10 miles to the coast. GO antiquing shopping. Hike in Armstrong Woods (Redwoods) Go wine tasting....go beer tasting...enjoy great local restaurants. Visit some of the fun shops in Guerneville. Stay at your cottages and watch the river. Each deck has a river view and can be closed off for your 4 legged friends. There is an area on the grounds that can also be enclosed for dogs. Each cottage has it's own washer/dryer.

We are two sets of couples who have been friends for more than 10 years. We decided to invest together in an area that we love - the Russian River Area. This property seemed perfect. With two cottages side by side, the property has privacy yet an ability to connect and share together. Jon is a licensed contractor who specializes in remodeling craftsman cottages and older homes. He was in heaven! These homes have old world charm with new world comfort now. We are dog friendly.
